If you are stretching with LenghMaster 3 with active stretching, you have nothing to be worried about. It is so much safer to do active stretches, because you feel what happen to your tissue. I read pretty much the whole thread this weekend and will defineatly use some of this information in my further training. Im still a newbie but this was a eye opener for me.
