Just before you strap in be sure to squeeze as much blood out of your head as possible...

What DLD said but I also hold the glans squeeze while tightening the LM.
Never had any fluid issues.

Just one other FYI for ya’ll using the LM, I was playing around and originally was going to add height to the handles to get the force/push more inline with the center of the clamp but instead I added some foam handles and holy crap I really like this alteration.

The lengthmaster is awesome and the stretch and fatigue you get from it is second to none. I’ve figured out how to wrap and it doesn’t slip anymore. But there’s one problem. The 4 corners where your at the front once you’ve clamped the device on are staring to dig into my skin no matter how much wrap I use. It has put cuts into my skin and has begun to scab. Can anyone tell me how to deal with this?

Put a piece of fabric on the bottom part of the chamber, this was a game changer for me. Before I would get to much soreness from clamping down. Now I can do 3 days stretching and 1 day rest continuously/on repeat, as long as I like.
