Monday 12 i had a session after work only had about an hour left took me like an hour and half to get the whole session finished..
I started whit ten mins of bundled stretchings
Left n right
Session of bundled stretchings hitting most angles..
300 jelquins i came couldn't hold it ?
20 mins of ssj.

Bundled stretchings 10 minutes
Bundled stretchings btc,downwards outwards upwards etc.
Power assist exercises 10 exercises 3 sets of 60 secs each
20 mins BM. Pressure didn't feel that great need to shave my pubic area for better suction..
I have to add jelqs is going to be hard because of time but is going to be useful I'd do it for two weeks only..or is it ok if I replace them with ssj...
