Hey, next time post pumping questions in the pumpers forum

I'd say if money was reaaaaaaaly tight, I'd make one out of an aquarium gravel tube with a male/female vacuum coupler, with silicon at the bottom for comfort.

As far as cheap, good pumps, I'd say Kaplan pumps look pretty decent for both utility and price.
