How did you deal with edema ? Was your routine water pumping or air pumping ?
Either way there will be still be some kind of edema. I prefer water pumping because I think it produces less. Either way I highly recommend doing a deep tissue massage for about 5 minutes to disperse the fluid. What is your routine ?

To answer the question; Yes. Some edema does occur. Along with those pesky surface red dot we all get. As @DLD mentioned, deep massage does work at times for me. But as I mentioned, it is the warm up and warm down that helps address this for me. I use water mostly with the MOs MitiVac. Water (hot. Not scalding!) seems to equal out the negative pressure around the penis and also the warmth of the water helps with edema at least for me. When I do the 5x5x3 @DLD SSJ’s, I concentrate on 85% erection status (any more and I can’t get a good movement through the shaft) which also helps. Now, as I mentioned, I have modified times, pressure etc. during these sessions to keep the body thinking and not trying to plateau. At the end of the day, it’s the warm up and warm down that will help the most. Along with L-Citrulline which benefits the cardiovascular system (NO production) as well as help heal and improve the endothelial cells within this penis and most notably the corpus carvernosum.

Excellent advice. Warm ups and downs are extremely important. I also like the Warm water idea, heat is always a positive thing. Another thing that can be used in the war of heat is the MOSRED which would promote a much more positive impact.
