I just have gotten back into Penis Enlargementing and am wondering what you consider a decent plan? I tend to notice my gains more after a break, which says to me I've over exercised. I don't do many sets and prefer less sets with an increase in intensity. I was thinking maybe 3 days on, 1 off. That kinda depends on my discipline though (which isn't good.) I know some do a "deconditioning" and take breaks well into weeks or months, but that just isn't realistic for me as I'll find a reason to stay out of doing them. And does anyone know how the Penis Enlargement compares to other musles in the body, like arms, legs, etc, where you do say 1 day on, 2 off?
