ive noticed that the tunica and ligs are in a weakeded state and a little extra force can cause growth....
right after a 20 minute hanging session i notice the ligs are a little weak because of the stress that was just placed on them... so i stretch down and do footlong stretches,situp stretches etc and i feel a 110% stretch .... for girth after i do 40 minutes of double clmaped constrictors(the clamped horse 440's) my tunica is weaked due to the stress so then i do a-stretches and get a much mroe amazing stretch then usual, so lesson in life kids, take advantage of the weaked states
