Starting this thread to hear and discuss about this terrible happening in the Middle East, I feel heartfelt sorrow for people there, who must suffer that awful thing called WAR...

War is a terrible thing and the average civilian in SYRIA is dealing whit that terrible situation,unfortunately there are so many people involved there their personal interests ,profit,they get out of war,and thats something that will be hardly eliminated,children,women,men,young people is loosing their lives everyday,that can be consider as an insult for the humankind,Hope that horrible situation gets ended soon.....

I don't know what to say about that, Syria is in the middle of that God awful shitty mess, watching footage about city called Kobane, it's demolished completely, journalist got interviewed some children, they were smiling brother despite that hell there, I understand the WAR but why are kids involved in that, WHY!? Fucking profits, I guarantee there is few men who started that shit just to get the money from it, they don't care about thousands of ordinary people who suffer every fucking day because of few assholes...Goddamn where this fucking worlds is going into?

I feel sorry for people who are born into this sort of situation as well. People born in certain parts of Africa for example. Subject to genocides just because another local faction doesn't like who you are. America hasn't seen "war" in several decades though. The so called "wars" we have been involved in the last couple decades have been nothing but money motivated, oil grab opportunities, OR us nosing into things we should leave alone. Leave the middle east alone, let them settle their own quarrels. Focus on home first before we go play "Superman" to the world. I feel sorry for people here Stateside....well no I don't, it's their damn gullibility that's lead them to it, who buy into this mentality that it's our duty as Americans to spread democracy to the rest of the world. It's no more our duty to shove democracy down anyone else's throat than it is for a Christian to go spread their ideals to another people.

USA is playing the entire world, they wanna be a world policeman and Russia is a nuisance to them, USA bragging about how they want to get rid of the terrorism but in the other way, they feed that same terrorism, Bashar Al-Assad is the only man who fights terrorism really, and he doesn't have any help from anyone, and that sucks...

Yea it's amazing that people can even continue to carry on with their lives over there. It looks like a ghost town in all the pics and videos I've seen with all the businesses basically shut down. The only people you see are some passer byers in vehicles but it's mostly groups of guys walking around with guns. You know, these things happening around the world make me think. Not to take away from the recent attacks in Paris but, with all the shit that's going on around the world, why did many "heads of states" go to Paris to march? I won't get too into it due to taking this thread off topic but, that was all kinds of BS propaganda... I seriously think the world we live in is going downhill and it's only going to get worse before it get better.

I dont believe allot of what is being said about the Syrian leader from the mainstream media, and the Western governments should be wary too, and remember Libya.

Sure he's not ideal, but what must be remembered is he is an Alawi (Alawite) which is a sect of Shia Islam. ONLY around 15% of Syria follows this Islam, while the rest is over 70% Sunni ... the Saudis are Sunni, hence why they hate him, as they WISH a Sunni leader over Syria so no doubt they can influence. Iran is Shia, which is why the news hints to them helping Assad.

You gotta take allot of it with a large portion of salt, lots of disinformation from both sides, and you cannot believe all the videos of the chemical attacks either. Wouldn't shock me one bit, if Saudi Arabia was part of that ... they have all the capabilities, the motives, and a good amount arseholes ready to cover for them.

Russia has its own nest to make, like getting a small naval base now in the med via Syria, but Russia isn't the big bad asshole as the Western media portray either.

Saudi Arabia and Israel for me are nations that literally get away with murder.
Mostly because of money, and the close connections with Western governments, with the latter, due to their slaughter in the second world war, and now folk are scared to say anything towards the Jews in fear of being labelled antisemitic.

Both of those nations to me - Saudi Arabia & Israel - are pretty fucking ruthless, and get away with it time and time and time again .... just see Yemen & Palestine in relation to both, but of course, they would be classed as terrorists, and the west often accepts it.
