I've found a link where there's Supra Slammer video but the link doesn't work. Do you guys know where I could get to see a video tutorial for this ?

There is no Supra Slammer Video per se, only referencing video(s) of the exercises used in the routine. The URL link(s) were broken when MoS updated their Forum/Message Board Software (vBulletin® v3.6.8)

Um, a WMP window opens and the playback indicator moves as normal, but there's neither sound nor any image. I have a complete and updated codec pack however.
