So my girlfriend is coming over soon, i don't see her often and this is the occasion to test on her what i've been building these past 7 months.
Any recommendations, foods, supplements to be at my best?

I am not a doctor. Also keep in mind that I was 40kg more than the weight I should have. I lost 20kg with only carnivore and my blood tests got amazingly good. I do not know if this will work for everybody nor I recommend it because I am not a doctor and this is a sensitive matter. If you go carnivore go all-out and eat all parts not just the protein-based food.
I am considering the same. How long did it take you to drop that weight and did it happen because of this diet?

What can i do without your fountain of knowledge.
I will make sure to implement all of this+ cutting instant coffee. In found out it hurted my dopamine i guess?.

I do not know if it matters, but I just want to share my experience. I always have had ED and Prem.E. Always as I can remember.
Doing carnivore only diet for 2 months reversed everything on my side. Also doing PE exercises did this. But it maybe just be me.

I myslef love meat and want to give this a try sometime, my current diet is mostly animal protein, with beef as a first choice, some fats a a little bit of carbs

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water.
