Hello there . As the title suggests , i will share with you a recipe to boost your [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] and blood flow before every PE session . This is only my preference , so you can adjust the grammage as you like .
This is what you need : Ginger Root Tea , Green Tea Leafs , Fresh Lemon and Water .
In 300ml of boiled water , i infuse 1 piece of ginger root tea , 1 teaspoon of green tea leafs , a half of lemon ( juice ) and sugar as you like . Be careful with the ginger root because is strongly flavored . I leave them in the water for 10 minutes .
If you want to try this recipe , drink it with at least 20 minutes before workout .
