Well guys with all this talk about members and non-members and ways to generate cash flow, for the first time I decided to check out DLD's vids.
All I can say is wow. BIG WOW(no pun intended DLD).
I have been pretty intense with my workouts the last few weeks but man.
I never realized just how hard DLD appears to be pulling and stretching.
Now that I am well into this routine of mine I definately have a goal to start pulling much harder.
Also, a quick question for those using the A-stretch, how long should you hold it and how many sets? I have been doing 30 seconds then switching arms. I have been trying to do this 5 times each. Is that enough? Should I be going straight out or up or down or all 3?
And just to plug some sales...for all of you guys who are not currently subscribers....just to watch these excellantly made workout vids is well worth the price of admission.
