Struggling to gain girth

So Ive been on and off PE for a few years but started focusing on girth last April (2023) and started using the MityVac (previously used bathmate before this)
and doing the 5x3x3 routine. I would do this 5-6 days a week and pump between 6-8hg.

Its now June 2024 and i started at 4.5in girth and I’m still at 4.5in, 4.6in at a push. So a maximum of only 0.1inch gain in over a year.

Could anyone recommend anything I could be doing to improve or do differently to try make some gains in girth? Thanks!

i never used any tool yet, cant affoard yet, but will eventually a stretcher and a pump when im able. but imo both are just to maintan an workout section gains, like cement atteempt by keeping them fully extended, girth and length wise. maybe use pump after rought girth section only. i wanna focus length beggning so to em an extender would be more beneficial after length workout section, because would keep the breaks extended to be fulfilled, same happens girth and pumps, just my opinion based on my thoughts, ive no pratice.
 
Dry pumping is fine. It's not going to be as effective as wet pumping. But, refocusing back to pumping, 5x5x3 routines will need to be modified. You've done PE routines in the past and took a break. Your tissues may be cemented and dense up to some degrees. Time to go into programming phase to loosen up the tissues.

During programming phases, soften up the tissues at lower comfortable pressures. You indicated 6inHg as the lower pressure and 8inHg at the higher. Sounds like your tissues became dense. Now, time to determine the real pressure range. From 6inHg, creep up on the first pump without doing SSJ to feel the lower comfortable pressure zone before you feel the dull tug and uncomfortableness from expansion at maximum erection. Once you know the base comfort pressure and that dull tug-expansion feeling, that is your upper middle pressure you need to use. One more level is the slightly more discomforts of tug and expansion at full erection. Remember, everything must be at full erection. That is the expansion needs.

Let us know, and we'll go from there.
 
I do want help. I was just confirming that i have been using mityvac dry. Do you think using it with water is better for gains?
Yes using it with water will produce faster gains for sure.

I have never pumped without water because when I tried it, I saw way less temporary girth gains after session. For me it was not worth it.

Can't hurt to try. I think you will be amazed.

I will try 5x5x3 tonight with wet pumping instead of dry.

I believe i am completing the SSJs correctly. I get to around 80% erection and i place my palm on the glands (head) and push down and with other hand i jelq upwards till my hands meet, does this sound correct?

I always think im doing them wrong due to being uncut when my hands close to meeting my foreskin often goes back over the head.

Not wrong exactly. Try what is showing in this video. You're able to have more control and more even/uniform internal pressure. Remember that pumping and manual work complement each other, to produce gains.

Exactly. Vacuum pressure forces the internal expand, but there's a loss of pressure through external-to-internal influences. Why? Our penises tend to be lazy in holding the erection through veinous constriction when there's an external influence such as a pump or cock ring to assist. We have to switch to SSJ to remind our brain that erection is required and it's on demand base, not on pump or cock ring assist base. Internal expansion is maximized through SSJ and not through pumping. Pumping pushes the expansion to one level higher by forcing the the blood to break the tissue restriction barrier so you can take more advantage through SSJ. Those who can't obtain erection properly for SSJ will benefit through pumping instead. If those who have healthy erection, focus on SSJ more than pumping.

Would a 0.2 girth increase be out of reach
Also would doing the 5x3x3 routine twice a day a few days of the week mean faster progress to my goal?

All I can say from experience is that water pumping is the only way for me, I have no idea how people dry pump.

I would add a warm-up and or lengthmaster with MOS RED.

You need something more in this routine to get the most out of the pumping.

Right now I am doing 30 min stretches and bundle stretches with RED LIGHT, then I do 5 x 5 x 3 , I don't need light during pumping since I get fresh warm water after each 5 min break.

I am unsure what RED LIGHT is?

Update : still haven’t seen any gains and Ive now been attempting to gain girth for almost a year and a half. Starting to get really frustrated.

Every time I attempt to pump with water using mityvac it doesn’t work (it doesn’t let me pump. I cant get any hg when pushing it down unlike when using it dry. Any idea why that is?

Also would pumping with water really make a big difference as ive been doing 5x5x3 with mityvac dry for 18 months with no gains and have no idea what im doing wrong
 
Sounds like there is a leaking point between the trigger pump and the water reservoir. Try setting up the water pumping, but only use air. Dip the hoses and the reservoir into the sink full of water and slowly pump. This is reveal if there is a leak somewhere, as there will be ponding water at the leaking point.

Make sure to keep the hose and trigger pump out of the water, and have the pump at the highest position to prevent the water from getting into the trigger pump.

I’m not too sure exactly the process you explained. Do you mean with the little attachment that has the plastic cup like bit that fills with water when you pump? Is that the reservoir?

Yes, there's a noticeable difference. Here an article that is not an end all to articles. There are many others:

Air and water does have advantages and disadvantages, but, what's needed during pumping is not only the external vacuum pressure, but also internal bulging pressure through slow squash jelq. It has to be done in tandem. You can't depend on only the pumping alone.

Once a day, 3 days on, 1 day off is a good starting routine. You can even start at 2 days on, 1 day off. Over time you can go as many as 5 on, or even at times, 6 on, 1 off. Listen and observe your penile body's needs.

If you see huge tug back, or shrinking effects, your penile shaft is in distress and needs to rest. Allow it to have a day off, or even two.

Focus on as much SSJ time as possible in between each pump set. Before pumping and SSJ, perform light to moderate tension force using lengthening routines. This allows the tissues to be stressed and stretched for good expansion without causing the massive stressors to tissues through expansion alone. Think about a long balloon. A good pre-stretch allows the balloon to be inflated without a sudden "POP" because the walls are not properly stressed to accomodate the air volume expansion. Your penis is the same way.

Yes, that is correct. One at the base, one below the glans, and squeeze the pressure in between. You can even double up at the base of the penis and do a full squeeze upwards to expand the glans as well. I do that to keep my glans larger than the rest of the penis.

Noooooooooo!!!!

Never allow the water to enter the trigger pump. When that happens, the air cylinder inside is considered flooded and the performance drops below 40%. Disassemble the trigger gun and perform maintenance. Brother SIM and other brothers have a full care video instruction on that. Never let water enter the trigger gun's components, no matter how simple it may appear. That's the reason for the water trap/reservoir. We modded our trap to be larger to prevent water from entering the trigger system.

As soon as the trigger gun is flooded, the internal cylinder becomes hyper lubricated with water. This causes the entire cylinder inside to lack air and causes the pump to spurt water rather than expelling air. You need a certain amount of air pressure inside the cylinder to ensure the proper functionality.

If you're curious about larger water trap, you can currently purchase online via Amazon/eBay. However, DLD is looking for a way to purchase large bulk and sell it on MOS. Look for 1L or 2L barbs pressure bottle.
 
Am i doing something wrong without realising? All i do is connect the extra part (the water trap), fill up the pump and then press down on gun to pump but it doesn’t work? So not sure what im doing wrong. Can only seem to get it right with dry pumping.

You can use dry pumping if you like. But do make sure to use water whenever you can to give yourself a perspective on wet vs dry. You'll be surprised.

Asides from that, make sure to use the water trap correctly. Don't allow the water to enter the pump trigger unit. You'll increase the chance the trigger pump from rusting and water damage.
 
I do want to water pump because dry pumping doesnt seem to be giving me any gains at all.

Review the articles, go through the diagnostic steps, and let us know if you manage to solve it on your own first.

Still working on this. The issue now is to make it affordable they require 500 minimum, paid in full before they ship. Sheena is on the job trying to find a better option.
 
Haven’t had the chance yet to try and fix the water issue but in the mean time i was hoping i could ask two quick questions.

1. When wearing a cock ring, each time i take it off and on (every 20mins or so) should i be erect each time i put it back on?

2. When completing 5x5x3 routine, would it make a big difference if i completed first two sets together and then the 3rd set a few hours later, or is it better altogether?

You don't have to take the ring off completely if it's not uncomfortable for you. The key is to squeeze the blood out completely to cycle in new full volume of fresh blood after 20 mintes, 30 minutes, or even 40 minutes.

You can put the cock rings on when you're flaccid or erected. Your choice. However, once you put the rings on, make sure to get an erection to get the full blood volume back in. You don't have to remain erected. Just get the full volume of blood back in.

However, be warned that if you place a restrictive blood flow from 70% to 90%, make sure to cycle a full blood volume in after every 5 minutes, or 10 minutes max. If you're restrictive flow is less than 70%, you can go up as long as 40 minutes, but use the practice of every 30 minutes for safety reasons.

2. When completing 5x5x3 routine, would it make a big difference if i completed first two sets together and then the 3rd set a few hours later, or is it better altogether?
There are many ways to answer this questions. If your penis is kept at an expansion state after the first 2 sets, then the 3rd set a few hours later is quite beneficial. If you don't keep the penis at an expanded state, then this is a lost of benefit.

The second round to this is, if you divide 5x5x2 once in some hour of the day, and later, you do another 5x5x2 hours later, then yes, you can get a full benefit from that.

Having trouble getting any pump at all at the moment with my mityvac. As you can see it has rusted a bit. Any idea from the video if there appears to be any issues with it?

Considering purchasing a new one, but not sure if I can purchase just the hg gauge as the cylinder seems to be fine

Rusting is common for all pump's metal parts. Maintenance is always required for all pumps, especially for components coming into contact with water. More so with the parts coming into contact with heavy minerals and chemicals like oils.
