So Ive been on and off PE for a few years but started focusing on girth last April (2023) and started using the MityVac (previously used bathmate before this)
and doing the 5x3x3 routine. I would do this 5-6 days a week and pump between 6-8hg.
Its now June 2024 and i started at 4.5in girth and I’m still at 4.5in, 4.6in at a push. So a maximum of only 0.1inch gain in over a year.
Could anyone recommend anything I could be doing to improve or do differently to try make some gains in girth? Thanks!
