Stretching with PHALLOSAN forte to redline

Hi, I just got the forte today, got the 3 bundle for 500 something. Anyway, I've worn other stretchers before but they were never comfortable enough to keep using, and never could wear at work. So I'm using for the fist time, it's comfortable. I'm about 5.25" flacid, want to get to 8 hard, it's about 6" hard. My question is, am I ok stretching to the red line? It says only go to the green line, but I'm pulling to the redline and I feel the stretch but it's comfortable. It's the first day so only going to about 5 or 6 hours. I'll be swapping direction each day, left horizontal. Right leg, left leg then right horizontal and wear it 9 hours a day while at work. Is that safe? And if I'm not hurting can I redline it if it isn't having negative side effects?

It's good to take a slow for a start. The SiliStretcher is a very powerful device. You should practice with the device for the first 7 days.

Also, you need to do some bundled stretches for 10 minutes before wearing the SiliStretcher. Do this always.

I don't have that one, I just have the Phallosan. They look about the same though. I've never done stretches, but I'll start before using it. But my main question is it safe if I stretch to the red line?

Based on what the redline traction indicator is. Brand new, the redline indicates 1.6kg of traction tension. Over time, the springs degrade down to 1.4kg. in reality, you need long wearing period at 1.1kg. wearing at redline for too long is not adviced. Why? Long term traction at high tension stresses the tissues past cellular regeneration rate. You will see a reduce of long term benefits as a result. Call it diminishing returns if you will when you go past 1.1kg for too long.

As huge-girth indicated, short term high traction stretches follows by long term low traction will yield the greatest benefits. As a rookie, a traction force between 1.5kg to 2kg for 40 minutes, follows by hours at 1.1kg. As your body adapts, higher traction tension is required. However, the traction tension should only be incremented a slight amount every 2 to 3 weeks, around 0.22kg each time. It's not about achieving the heaviest weight in the short time to gain. It's about strategic incremental weight load to prevent the body from over adapting too fast.

Thank you for the information, I'll try to back it off and keep it less than the redline. Currently just moved the belt to pull right where it gets to the yellow, so I'll keep it there. My time frame is put it on before I go to work until after I get home to shower...about 4:15 am to 2:10 pm. I did time myself taking it off and going to the bathroom... about 4 minutes... so have to get better at that.

Day one, halfway in after 4 hours I used restroom and changed direction of the pull as there was some discomfort. Figure if I'm going 9 hours a day might be a good idea to change pull halfway through.

There will always be discomfort. It's best to switch sides every 2 hours to reduce discomfort.

Brother huge-girth is deadon with the info. Allow the stretches in every direction when possible to take advantage of the loosen tissues, providing an equal stressor for all direction for proper growth. One direct for too long causes the tissues to favor growth only in that specific direction.

Just reading on some of the posts and just realized this that they say Pallosan doesn't give permanent gains... so. Asside from surgery what does? Or does it just take a lifelong activeness to keep gains?

PhalloSan does offer permanent gains. However, it can't be done just by itself. It's a paired combo with a more intense device like the Length Master or very intense hand routines.
