I started with Lengthmaster 3 couple of weeks ago. Going well. I am only doing 20 mins once a day. And then follow the session with 2-3 hrs of recovery under stretch using Phallosan. I might add another 20 mins session before goign to bed; but not sure.
My question is, is it better to recover under stretch using Phallosan or recover under stretch by hanging small weight to LM3?
