Stretching, Jelqing in front of an infrared lamp...

I have read somewhere that doing manual PE excersises in front of an infrared Lamp or other heating equipment that provide warmth
is more effective. I am considering to buy one for 60bucks and do my excersises close to the lamp from now on(especially during the winter time).

What are your thoughts on this about added constant wamrth during PE excersise? Is it worth it?

i have heard a lot about this, i think its a great idea, BUT i would really make an effort to put a towell or something under your dick. as we all know its a bad idea to blast your nuts with heat, so i would make sure to keep the IR on your shaft and not your nuts.

tru-dat, that's why the scrotum hangs on the outside of the body; besides, no normal guy wants his nuts roasted.

Infrared light is used to promote/increase "nitric-oxide" in the blood. In turn, causing increase blood-flow bringing in more oxygen and nutrients to the area. The light energy penetrates the skin and is absorbed by the deeper issues.

I use it for my lower back pain from the arthritis in it developed from a car accident.

Huh. Never heard of that. Nitric oxide can be increased through food and supplements as well.

I have seen this topic come up so many times and I really wish someone would stay consistent with it long enough to see results. I take the same stance on cold water pumping and all of the herbal and chemical stuff. I hope you are able to keep this thread going with good feedback on your progression and as always, I wish you the best.

The led's are great, but if its a bulb you could burn your skin.

I remember a guy named 'dangleman' from thunders developed a fucked-up skin rash from clamping too much under his IR lamp. I think that the combo of radiation, and oils he was using were to blame. I think he got better though it was a long time ago.

Which type of Infrared lamp, Far Infrared Heat lamp or LED Infrared lamp?

I recall kingsnake used a small space heater while hanging.

He has been back over the last two days, we can find out directly from him if he sees this post.

So everyone should be very careful with heat therapy.

Does anyone have a far infrared device to use for PE? Does it make your tunica easier to work with?

I have heard of men doing this but I have never tried. It is very smart to warm the Tunica up before stretching as heat will make it more malleable. I always accomplished this with a electric heating pad but I would like to hear your experience with IR if you go that route.

I always felt that heated water was the best. Wish there was a better way to heat up with water though.

Heat is always good no matter how you do it, heat loosens and allows the tissue to remain more malleable.

You can use anything to warm up. From blasting the cock with a hair dryer to standing in front of a radiant heater.

And for the record heat is only "bad" for balls because it kills off the current batch of sperm. So from another perspective, it's a form of short term contraception :)

lol but we produce more than we kill, thats something that needs research

Hot baths have been used for a loooong time for temporary contraception ;)

Heat is heat and it is always a benefit to length work to be as malleable as possible.
