Still waiting for dispatch!

So I took the plunge and ordered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] last week, I ordered through DLD's sig and as yet I haven't received the thing, the website has conflicting information on delivery times so I was wondering how other peoples experience has been with whole process. Today marks the 8th day and as yet it still hasn't been sent out, this makes me

I can't see why it would take this long to send the thing out!

I would expect it today or tomorrow. Usually they come in 5-7 days but with the holiday I am sure there is a delay.

I know there are stocking issues in the UK now because of shortage of Clear units and the front sticker for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Unit. The company who makes the stickers went bust and too many units where sold before a new party could be sourced to print the new stickers. This issue should be over this week and all warehouses around the world re-stocked with all the rainbow spectrum of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Anyone wishing to get a refund can contact Julian and he will do so gladly.

How do you know that already he shipped it to you?

Julian R. told me the same thing but he did not provide me tracking number and the company of shipment and without this information I can´t track my package.

But I need your help again with the next things:

How can I know the tracking number and the company of the shipment?

Because, I tried to track my new package (replacement) with the last tracking number of my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but it didn´t work. I think that I need another one.

How I know that my unit was already shipped like the first time?

I don´t have a new order ID and my re-shipment it doesn´t appear in my order status.

I could wait an answer from Julian but I do not know how many time I need to wait for a response.

You need to be patient! This was just sorted yesterday and you need to wait. I can't check on something that has already been dealt with.

Not really, I don't think it's unreasonable to be a bit pissed when you order something and after 2 weeks it still hasn't been sent, let alone recieved! I'm in the UK and it's being sent from the UK!

So all in all a happy camper, would of really liked the clear one as i can see what's going on, but still a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]cleaning kit[/words] makes up for it a bit.
