Wow. I got so carried away with the above "epistle", that I forgot to include the routines I've been using up to this point. Here they are:
EARLY MORNINGS:
5 minute warm up in the shower with the water as hot as my penis can bear without burning. massaging for blood flow.
5 minute bundled stretching before the length routine.
Basic Stretching: 3 sets of each stretch below:
Behind the cheeks to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each
Straight down to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each, followed by 25 stretched rotary cranks
Straight out to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each, followed by 25 stretched rotary cranks
Straight up to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each, followed by 25 stretched rotary cranks
300 2 second jelqs with lots of lube
warm down in the shower Immediately after the jelqs, and sometimes doing the last 100 jelqs under the hot water.
Wear a durasleev, if possible, till girth workout starts. Sometimes I have to take it off for a while, then back on.
1 or 2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME:
5 minutes under the hot shower while massaging for blood flow
5 minutes bundled stretches
100 Strong, upward, erect jelqs
sixty second Slow Squash jelqs
100 Strong, downward, erect jelqs
sixty second Slow Squash jelqs
do the above 4 routines again
Wear a rather tight siliring till bedtime
Sleep in a durasleev
What shall I add or subtract with a little more concentration on length? I'm ready for more.
I LOVE the new growth. I look down and it looks like I'm looking at some else's.
I'm so happy that the progress is showing and at a quicker rate that I was used to in other systems.
