i try to do kegels as much as i can throughout my busy day, sometimes ill be sitting in class and be like"shit i can be doing kegels right now" so i try to do them as much as i can, and i have been able to stop a few orgasms lately when clneching my pc. i just dont have a steady routine, is that ok? i usually do some quick kegels and others when i hold for 3-5 seconds.
