Starting PE soon and a question about hanging

Going to start PE this week. Been busy with things but now I can start my PE journey. Going to be doing manuals for the next 3 years until Ill be able to move out of my home. I'm at 5.5 by 4.5, hoping to get to 8x6 in 6 years time. I'll aim for a 1.5inch increase in length and girth for the first 3 years and then, once I get my own home, get into SRT.
Initially, Ill do about 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day (even if it doesnt seem effective, I want to get in the habit of doing the PE daily).
Want to ask how do I go about maximising gains with just manuals for 3 years and how effective is hanging? Thank you

I would not put a restriction on your growth. As you will most likely reach these goals within three years. Train daily, be consistent and keep a good diary of what your work is. So we can see it, and we can inspire you.

Very smart move and again. I think you can accelerate this. Don't count so much on time, but more on measurements. After length work, do a bone pressed, flaccid measurement. And you should see potential growth there. And after every girth session, measure your girth, to see your future growth.

Slow and steady wins the race. Take your time, getting to where you need to be. But also remember, it might be much quicker than you think.

You're not only starting a new journey in PE, but a new journey in life. Congrats, brother. We cannot unfurl our wings to their max limits until we take our own flights on our own power.

I'm at 5.5 by 4.5, hoping to get to 8x6 in 6 years time. I'll aim for a 1.5inch increase in length and girth for the first 3 years and then, once I get my own home, get into SRT.

You are at were I was decades ago. Yes, you can get to 8x6 in due time. I'm at 7.3x6.3 from where you are after 2.5 year-ish. Have to stop due to health conditions at the moment and will start again after I'm fully recovered. So 3 years of disciplined mindset and dedication, you can get there.

Initially, Ill do about 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day (even if it doesnt seem effective, I want to get in the habit of doing the PE daily).

15 minutes to 30 minutes a day is considered as a transitional period for beginner, or newbie routines. As you progress, based on where your penile growth stages may be, the body may calls out for 2 to 16 hours of partial active traction using either an extender or an all day stretcher to maximize your growth. Most simply wrap, which is fine if the wrap can maintain a good traction at 900g or greater and in full comforts, but using an extender to place your traction load at around 1100g is the optimal for growth using manual method.

To define manual method, it's using hands and simple devices only. For mechanical assist, it's using an extender/all day stetcher, and advanced fulcrum stretcher like the Length Master 3. If you need more info on this, we'll gladly expand your knowledge on the matter.

Hanging is merely a single tool among the tools. Hangin method must follow a progressive stage in increasing 0.5lb per every 2 to 3 weeks, or even 4 to 5 weeks as you start at 2.5lbs of initial free weight traction load. You increase too fast and too soon, the penile tissues get stunt and your growth gets reduced. The knowledge we've gained in the past 2+ decades will be your gains in PE. Hanging is great as part of the entire routine, but you definitely want to add it to the overall routine to vary your exercises between manual, mechanical assist, pumping, and hanging exercises.

Man, you just posted a Book! I am so pleased to have you as my administrator you have been awesome in everything you do for the brotherhood.

Thank you so much for your support!
I want to keep it simple for now though. I'll do for 2 weeks half of the total reps of the beginner exercises and then, doing the full amount. Like I said, want to build up the habit first.
Should I focus on length for a year and then include girth? I feel I should do length first and maybe get to around 6/6.5 inch before combining girth work.
Forgot to say, after three years, what % of my manual PE work (approximately) would be permanently cemented?
Thank you

Go with length first as it's the harder of the two. Cementing tends to trail about 3 to 6 months after the gains. You keep on pushing for your gains, in the 3 to 6 months that you keep doing PE routines, cementing occurs at the tandem progression of your journey. If you want to fully cement and end something, keep doing the routines at half the length of time, and the cementing solidify to the point of permanent. An example is, you do your routine 3 to 4 days a week during PE journey, but you want to cement and stop. Rather than 3 to 4 days, you do 1 to 2 days on, and 1 day rest for the first 3 months. Then 1 day on, 2 days rest for the final stretch.

However, the smarter way is just keeping pushing past your cementing point by 0.25in, and no matter if you stop dead, while keeping passively elongated, you'll get your length you want, and possibly even with that extra 0.25in you are working past the point of desire length. As you switch to girth, the girth will eat a bit of your length because of the conversion effects from length to lateral expansion.
