Starting my late Log

edema is quite substantial, i have to massage it and wear a sleeve to help with it.

This is where the misunderstanding of edema and SSJ comes into play. SSJ traps fluid between two point. If there is already a build up of fluid in the skin, the fluid will continue to be trapped until it's drained. This is where jelqing comes into play. SSj helps to cycle in new blood, and force old blood to leave. But when the fluid is trapped in the upper layers of the skin, that's edema. Blood flow will remove the fluid in time, but not forcefully though blood flow.

This is where jelqs, like the C-jelqs and reverse jelqs, come into play. This forces the fluid to leave the skin. Warm compression and wrapping plays the second role, semi-actively compresses the fluid out of the skin.

I aslo realized that on the last set of the slow squash jelq is where edema tends to develop a lot, that got me confused for a moment, ssj should help with edema not exacerbate it.

Give a two to five minutes of post SSJ with high squeeze reverse jelqs, going from the base of the glans to the base of the penis, to get the fluid out.

By the end of the 15 min i can see a purplish color, sometimes accompanied with a numb feeling, whenever i feel it i take the ring immediately and refresh the blood.
Same goes for pain

If you are doing 15 per restricted set, reduce to every 5 to 7 minutes. If you do it as smaller times sets in that 15 minutes but still have purple color, release the restricted strap to 80%. The purple color is an indicator of oxygen deprivation. It should still have a light tint of pink color, with slight mix of light purple, not pure purple.

That is true, well the funny part is in my yesterday's workout i did not need any visual stimulation, while doing the pump work, rather i had a stronger erection than normal, and now a have some pain in my glans, i think i hurt something inside, i usually get the pressure to 8 with no discomfort but that is due to losing erection strength while in the pump, yesterday i couldn't get past 5

yes, and i wish i knew earlier heat was this beneficial.

High intensity is not my thing, im now 100% sure about, it may have worked for other, but not me.
 
Don't push too hard past the tissue responses mark. What he just used that obtained a new gain means he did something right at that intensity. Past that intensity he used, it will trigger a bad response instead.
also if i can add more infos so we can have the whole picture, few weeks back, when i resumed pe, i saw an increase,after wearing the silistretcher all day for 3/4 days, and this is after stopping any form of pe for few months.
