7 months now my brother. I miss it so much and still so far to go. They are only finishing the demolition now. Electric goes on next week and they will start framing. I am told another couple months.

To be fair the hardest part it’s demo, the rest should be faster cause of the way the build here in USA.

Stay strong brother worst is far behind

I pray you are right because I'm so sick of this hotel...it's like my life I'd on pause. I will be a much better help here when I have my home. 💓
 
day 2 of being back, just stretched using my lengthmaster, 25 bundles each direction, 25 BTC, and i plan to hang 2 or 3 20 min sets later tonight, i can tell you i felt plenty of fatigue with the LM stretching.
 
Excellent restart! Remember to remain consistent
 
Spent 15 mins in the length master, got a total of 10 of those mins doing bundles, hung 3 sets 20 mins each they are below.

just finished my work out for the day, ended up doing 10 mins of Bundles with the LM, and 5 mins doing stretches. and then hung 3 sets

just got done spending 15 mins in the length master , sitting here gonna hang 3 sets here in a bit, thinking about changing up my wrap with the LM, thinking possibly sleeves, thinking possibly casting my own, I do not know yet.

hey man shes better off as much as I hate to say it, with all the medical problems she had, I know she is in a better place, I am actually now engaged, and with someone my age, that actually has been through alot of the same as I have, even know what I do with PE , and supports me in that journey.
