Hello all,
This month, I’ve had a good return to the world of PE and have been diligent in my progress. A BPEL of 7 9/16 up from the initial start of 7 1/4 has been achieved (as shown in the ruler picture) through a combination of the following:
Do a warm up & warm down afterwards
Between the cheeks
V stretch
Power assist stretches (Lengthmaster)
A stretch
Corkscrew twists
Twist over the knuckles
Followed up with extender for 1 hr afterwards.
Here are some pics oldest (12 yrs ago) to newest (today), to show the differences.
