Yes it is the best way for infinite gains. Just like a loop you continuously grow in SRT. This is simply because as gain slow you addd more intensity to SRT. First I want to say thank you to DLD. I have been following your work since the early days I’ve been able to gain a half an inch in girth with the SSJ over the years. Spent some time reading SRT when you initial put it out in 2019 but honestly, it didn’t sit with me and then I’m kicking myself in the butt because I lost a lot of time. I was missing knowledge back then and I didn’t get the “rest” part. I was constantly in a “work” state . I read a study about doctors stretching tendons and pressure and it all just clicked. It really sat with me so I’ve been doing SRT now properly I believe and I’ve gained some new gains. SRT has returned the excitement of PE to me. I am combining all the knowledge I’ve learned in these forms with decomm weeks, wraps, rest, nutrition. Another big change this time around my nutritional profile is where it needs to be. I don’t blood work and all my vitamin protein levels are on point. My protein intake is at the recommended amount for my height. I really believe this restarted my gains.

But also your progress photos are constant inspiration of where this can go not only have you had success. You’ve also created other successful people and I know there’s a lot of nay sayers in this forum so I want to be a loud voice/applause simply saying thank you .

I’m hoping to turn temp gains into permanent ones.

This is your call. If it's comfortable doing dry, go for it. If not, with a bit of lubrication. Everyone's comfort level is different.

I see that you guys are believers too. That's very encouraging! I quit a lifelong addiction to pornography in September of 2022 and I've had a few slip ups but I'm definitely not going back to that demonic trap. It definitely enslaves the mind.
