Spring problem

My device is just over a month old, it seems the plastic part that measures the tension and connects the belt to the bellis broken can't go to medium tensio without the spring popping out?? Then we have to pop it back in but it keeps doing it. Can I buy a replacement part? Anyone else have a problem with this piece

Where the spring goes on to, the end of it twists off. Make sure that is screwed all the way down and try squeezing the end of the spring to tighten it up. My springs are shit as well. I just let the strap do the stretching when I wear it on my knee. I'm gonna look for something that I can hook to it. The plastic is stretching out as well.

I've had loss of suction/vacuum issues with my PF, even tried rubber bands on the (bell/top of sleeve) and bottom of sleeve on the (shaft). The screws on the side would sometimes come loose as well. I ordered a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as it seems a little sturdier, should be arriving any day now, my only concern is how it attaches to the glans and/or just below it. I hope it's somewhat comfortable.

Check out Jake's thread. He fixed it along with another member who used a sturdy wire to hold it. The suction will still be a problem. If you use the large bell and large condom, it stretches pretty quickly, mine did. I use the large bell and medium condom. Lasts longer until it decides to rip lol.

You definitely can buy spare parts but I would give Jake's method a try before spending money.
