spots on the head of my glans

Hey, guys I noticed these little and almost brown spots on the head of my glans. These spots have been here for a month or so and I believe they are created by PE. They never really bothered me and I have been continuing my routine as normal with no problems. Do you think I have anything to worry about?

Do they seem to be like a scab where as if you scratched against them they would come off?

They are not scabs, but tiny little spots. I noticed I don't have that many as yesterday and they seem to disappear with time.

Might be just the red spots we notice on the shaft but just on the glans in a brown color. Let us know if they all disappear or some stayed the same because I have a small brown dot that became permanent and I've not had it before doing PE

Simple blood spotting, nothing to worry on. But, keep in mind, they may scab over as they heal.

Could just be a couple bursted capillaries, nothing really to worry about they should clear up in a day or 2.

Yup, this is the case 99% of the time.
