If you have thick, milky, even chunky white semen,( as opposed to weak, clear, watery ejaculate) does this mean your sperm count is very healthy or not?

Doesn't mean anything. The fluid that carries the sperm can be anything. If you have not ejaculated for a while you will get all kinds of different texture. Even some "crystals" or "small oblong" things...whatever they are. This is just a cleaning out of the pipes from the various glands that produce the fluid. The sperm is in the fluid. The Sperm are little fellows that swim in this fluid. If you ejaculate a lot, you quanity of sperm cells is going to be less than if you have a sperm build up, but what is the big deal. So you have 5 million instead of 10 million!rofl GS
