He's talking about Rope (Rohypnol). It's the stuff that Kurt Cobain OD'd on a couple of months before he died. It just knocks them out really, puts them to sleep and they can't remember anything. It's extremely potent with alcohol.
I do know there is a agricultural version they use on live stock and I do know that even a dropper on a human female will make her wilder than ever from what I hear. again all hear say....one from my buddies dad and his wife. not sure what it was or what it is called but I have heard about it from a few farmers back when I was in high school.
