Thanks! I’m trying to get a handle on the progression of things. I’ve noticed that my one hand begins to fatigue and slip as my stretching routine continues. I’ve tried using a rubber glove a few times, I’ll experiment with baby power and I’m ordering
SiliRings and SiliSleeves tonight. I think wearing the
cap should cut down on slippage and I’ve excited to try on my size genetics to continue the stretching and promote elongated healing post workout. (I’m trying too corporate some
SRT principles into the newbie program while I obtain all the equipment to follow the
SRT program as described).
Luckily I do not feel my girth is lacking, but would like to continue my growth in a proportional manner. Any suggestions in one handed techniques to increase girth (or am I going to have to rely on pumping and wearing blood restictng CR to cement)? I have a myo electric hand and will trouble shoot a slow squash Jelq but that prosthetic attachment is hard (so I’d probably want to have that e the hand held and the base in a crude “OK grip” and compress with my sound hand).
The hand is hand of a material similar to silicone and I’m afraid would case irritation.
Any and all input is greatly appreciated!
Attached photos are of my myo- electric hand
(It has a gross motor (3- jaw chuck pinch with the 4th and 5th digits do not move they all fills with foam and just float behind digit 2 and 3 when I make it pinch). I can also rotate the wrist 360 degrees but often times in my day to day life I notice once I rotate the wrist into the proper placement the angle of the hand/ hook is no longer in a functional position.
