It is through film editing. Film is edited and put together and you don't know in what sequence the events were actually filmed and how many number of sequences seamlessly put together. And also a lot of adult entertainment stars take drugs like viagra for long lasting erection.

yes you are probably right but we wont know tell we try. Its the same as looking at different girls and thinking ill never get her and not bothering with pretty women. But the guy that approaches pretty women and takes the most chances gets the most pretty women.
