Small gains but big effect

I will make another uppdate. So Ive been working on with a new program for about 16 weeks.
The program has been mostly focusing on girth but with some length excersises prior to the girth training.
My goal is to get 16 cm (6,3 inches) girth midshaft.

Most weeks i have been training 4 times a week (i cant train more often becaouse of work/family):
15 min LM3 or weigth hanging.
15 min LM3 or weigth hanging.
And then girth 5x5x3 SSJ combined with the Bathmate/Mityvac (when i got the Mitycav i directly ditched the Bathmate. The mityvac is SO much better).
After the girth training i put on two sillirings (one doesnt seem to be enough for me to keep the erection) and try to keep it there for 30 minutes at a time up to 2 hours.

I have increased the intensity each week by either increasing the pressure or increasing the time of the girth excersises.
The last week i have doing 6 min and 45 seconds for each set and pressure pending between 7-12 mmHG.

After the sessions i have a really great expansion of my girth (my length doesnt seem to change, not noticable anyway).
The girth midshaft reaches 17 cm (6,7 inches) and at the base i can reach as much as 19 cm (7,5 inch)!
Thats and increase of about 1,75 cm (0,7 inch) from my normal measurement.

Even after like 4-5 hours without the penis ring I still have a very nice expansion of like 16,5 cm midshaft and 18,5 at the base.
Obviously it seems i am doing something right with the training to get this temporary expansions. The problem is that if i rest for a couple of days i am back to about 15,25 cm (6 inches) midsaft and about 17,25 cm at the base. Over this 16 weeks i dont seem to have gained pretty much anything in my normal state :cry:

The sad part is also that having a 16,5-17 cm fat penis most of the time make me feel that my normal 15,25 cm is thin. Gripping it feels like strange when you now are used to gripping something bigger.

Is it normal to not have any gains after 4 months of training when I am still making this good temporary gains? Do you think I am doing something wrong and need to change something?

Are my temporary gains proof that my penis are adapting and can grow in girth if i just have more patience?

I attach a picture showing my penis after a pumping sessions (with cock rings on). In the picture my girth is about 17 cm midshaft and my penis is about 21-21,5 cm in lenght. I have "erased" the background.

I have also come to the conclusion that i really need to try to get my fatpad away. It simple makes my penis look so much smaller than it really is. My fatpad is 4 cm (1,6 inches) and it steals so much of the length its not even funny..

What you're experiencing is expansion potential gains. Mean, what you're seeing at 17cm at the base, or anywhere else along the entire shaft, is what your penis is willing to yield to your growth ahead. Don't give up, and keep at it. When your penis shrinks back to 15.25cm, it's not because it's temporary gain. It's the body trying to reset itself back to normalcy. This is why we don't tell the brothers to constantly measure, but to constantly perform the routines day in and day out on pure discipline. Why? The body requires time to reprogram itself to the new normalcy, or new biological state. At this moment in time, your body is trying to heal and preserve itself through biological preservation as it reset itself back to the old size. Force it not to by keep doing the same thing.

A great example is the people who only workout to gain a bit of muscles in the short run. Once they stop working out, their muscles reset back to the old sizes. But, for those who constantly workout for years, especially those who work in the fields with heavy lifting, even when they grow older, their body stature hardly change, creating the outline of their hard gains from previous biological size reprogramming. Same thing for your penis. Your body must reach a point where it deems the new size is the new normal.

Keep at it. Your gains will be permanent after a specific amount of cementing time. It can be anywhere between 3 months to 9 months, based on your biological makeup. Most brothers have a growth period, then a cementing period. Cementing period tends to be 3 to 4 months after you reduce the amount of routine time. My suggestion is keep at it until your body recognizes the new size first before going into cementing period.
 
Maybe I have an addiction to Monster drinks 😀 but my gosh you have a Monster cock. How did you start and for how long? What was your evolution in exercises?

Thank you for your encouragement ☺️ To be honest i still have a hard time accepting that my penis is big. It might sound strange but its the truth. Even when i take this pictures im very self critical thinking its not looking big enough etc. But i have realised that i need to compare my dick to things to realise how big it is. Looking at it with nothing besides it always make me think its small.. but sometimes when i compare it to something pretty big and i realise wow wait a minute! My dick is actually bigger than this thing, then i get some temporary boost of my self confidence.

This makes sense, it feels good to hear it from someone experienced that my efforts are not in vain. When i was younger i lifted weights for about 12 years and even though i havent touched the weights for about 10 years + i still have an unnormal strenght and size of my body so i understand that this might be true for the penis as well. I will keep at it and hopefully i will start to see the gains in my normal state :)

I started PE a couple of weeks before i started this journal. I had never done any sort of PE before, or at least not consciously. I was an masturbation addict when i was like 19-22 and i actually think i migh have gained 1 cm in length from that but im not sure.. it could also have been that my penis was still growing naturally. I could edge my self for several hours at a time.

I have always been very self concius about my penis and in the end of 2023 something caught up with me that made me think of this things alot more again. This is when i found this site and thought i might give it ago, i didnt actually think it would work but im very thankful it did and fore the vast amount of information that can be found here!

So i started PE january 2024 and my starting measurements were:
BPEL: 19 cm (7,5 inches)
EG (base): 16,5 cm (6,5 inches)
EG (midshaft): 14,5 cm (5,7 inches)

Today my measurements are about:
BPEL: 21-21,5 cm (8,26-8,46 inches)
EG (base): 17,25 cm (6,8 inches)
EG (midshaft): 15,25 cm (6 inches)

I started with manual stretches and then soon started hanging and then bought the LM3 after maybe 6-8 weeks of training.
My training program the first year (2024) was only lenght training were i tried to increase the stress each week.
My life with work and family (who doesnt now about my training) lets me train only 4 times a week (sometimes 3 and if im lucky sometimes 5). This also means that when family is on vaccation or sick i cant train for example which means i have to take a break.
2024 i trained for a total of 36 weeks with an average of 4 times a week.

My sessions after i got the LM3 was pretty much as this with increasing time, weight or sets each week:
Two sets of LM3 (mostly downward bundled stretches).
Up to 6 sets of weigth hanging (started at two sets and then increased over time). Max weight 6,75 kilos (15 lbs). I think i easily could do heavier weights but i have chosen not to.
ADS for about 2-4 hours

This year i have been doing two sets of either LM3 or weight hanging and then the 5x5x3 girth program after that. Four times a week.
Also increasing intensity or time each week. There has been some week when i havent been able to train at all but i have done 16 weeks total so far.

Still feeling uncertain
Even though i have growed i still feel unceratain about my size. I think a big part of this is that i pretty much havent had sex in maybe 6 years.. it might sound very strange because i have a wife. But we have fallen out of the sex thing in some way or another and it seems very hard to get in going again. I think we havent had sex at all for soon two years and before that maybe 3-4 times a years. I am usually a very sexual person and much of my confidence in my earlier days come from charming and having sex with girls. Now i feel lost.

Before i was eager to have sex with my wife but now im not even actually sure what i want anymore.. im sad to say that she doesnt really turn me on much anymore. She has gained alot of weight (im talking like 30 kg/66 lbs) and she wasnt super thin or anything when we met. But i dont think this is the main reason, i think the main reason is that she hasnt been intrested in having sex with me for so long that my mind and body simply doesnt see her as a potential sex partner any more. But the hard thing is that we have wonderful childs and she have been my best friend for soon 20 years i just cant give this up.. even though im feeling more and more depressed over the whole sex situation each year.

My wife never have told my anything negative about my penis size but still the not having sex thing makes me so uncertain. Naturally im not able to see other guys junk to see that my dick is bigger and im also not able to have sex with girls who can tell me it is.. im stuck in this place where all i can do is measure it and belive the numbers. This is nothing that has helped me alot in the past either, i need conformation from girls i think.
It doesnt help that im a true grower also, especially after training when my penis can shrink to like 11 cm (which 4 hides behind my fatpad) and on my big body (190 cm and 95 kg) that looks so small.. and i feel so small when i see others in the changing room that might be showers with much bigger penises..

So simply.. in real life i havent heard from anybody that my penis is a good size over the last 20 years... excpet for my wife on occasions. Not sure what to to about all this.
 
I also must add that i dont think my wife realises anywhere near how big i am (if you check the statistics). I think she somehow belives that i am "a little bit bigger than average". We used a condom for the first time for like 3 years ago wich she had bought (the most bought condomsize in sweden). When we tried to get in on was the first time she actually said "wow, how are we suppoesed to get this small thing on your dick".

I think this might be partly be because i as i said has a pretty average soft penis and she sees huge flaccid penis in every other tv-show now adays (fake penises.. but i think she think they are real). Shows doesnt seem to show normal penises this days.. Naturally she thinks this penises are much bigger than mine in errect state. I also again thinks my big posture doesnt help me becaouse on my body my penis might just look " alittle bit over average") compared to let say pornstars who are 170 cm 130 lbs.

Best thing would be if i could show her a normal penis next to mine.. i dont know. She would propably not belive it anyways.

I also had a gf back in the days that i really had a huge crush on. I think she also scarred my a bit. We looked on adult entertainment togheter sometimes and she always commented on big dicks (and not in the sense that i had one too, more like "look at that huge thing"). This made me uncertain and i tried to show her statistics that i was among the biggest in size. When i said i was like the top 95 % or so she just laughed and said like yeah right keep dreaming. Ive seen the ones in adult entertainment you know, you are much smaller than that. This was back in the days when the real numbers on pornstars were anywhere to be found either.. i actually thought every adult entertainment star was like 25-30 cm..

There are phases in a woman's life. The is a phase where she feels smitten and needs to chase a man to have a reliable, strong, and secure partner to protect her. She also goes through a phase where she needs a partner who can fulfill her sexual appetite, on top of meeting her financial needs. She'll do everything in her power to obtain that partner of hers. Once she has the partner she desired, she'll go through a laxidazical phase of just enjoying life, looking for further excitement in the areas. This goes for a man as well. In the search for additional needs of stimulation or conquest, they both feel lost. This is where you are now.

It's not about having the perfect size, perfect beauty, the mastered financial stability; it's about the search for a balanced relationship. My wife divorced her ex because he was tired of searching and balancing their relationship in the past. I witnessed many relationships gone stale because they did not understand each other, want to, or have the drive to discuss the balance. Those who have been married to the same partners for over two decades can and will tell you the same thing: you have to work harder in the latter part of your relationship after the three years of the honeymoon period. Divorces occur right after the honeymoon period starts to phase off.

We all gain weight. Our handsomeness or beauty is fleeting. When we don't have something to chase after, we let ourselves go. Eating more to enjoy our new lives, stress eating, or just don't care because we already have what we want. My wife and I, along with our kids, poke fun at our fat asses all the time. Why? Because we become too comfortable. 30kg is a bit excessive, and quite dangerous. my wife is around 15kg, and I already got worry for her. I'm about 10kg from my normal weight, and I worry for myself. I can feel the sluggishness because of that. However, my wife can see I'm not stopping in balancing the household, the maintenance of the family, and the dealing with everything else to keep our relationship balanced. The key phrase is, "relational balance". You can't expect the other party to provide more than what you can offer at the table. This is where the discussion comes into play.

So, I can sense a misinterpretation of communication that resulted in personal insecurity. It's not about your size, but rather, the willingness to discover her triggers to reignite her sexual needs. It's not about the penis size that she cares for. It's about the stimulation she's yearning for. This is where you need to observe closely and perform full evaluation on what has happened. Do your PE to maintain your personal encouragement as a man, but go beyond being man and search deeper as a soulmate.
