That's what I did. And it made all the difference in the world. I struggled at 8 and a 1/2 inches. But when I finally started doing bundled. Stretching and using kegels. I was able to break the 9 inch point and eventually get to 11 and a 1/2 inches.
Yeah bundled stretches feel so good, you dont have to pull as hard to get the same stretch it seems. This makes the stress on the skin etc less also!
 
When I invented bundled stretching I never knew how powerful it would be. But once I implemented it, my growth went through the roof. This is why every brother needs to get a length master

Yeah lenghtmaster is really good! You can stretch so much harder/more effective then with your hands. I also like the fact that i was able to find a good way to attach to the champer really fast (took me about 5-6 tries) and now i attach everytime perfect without the need to redo the wrapping or clamping down. With my other hanger i often needed to redo the clamping down several times to find the perfect spot which was really frustrating and time consuming.

Its so great to have an entire forum full of knowledge thats been gathered for some decades! Sometimes its almost overwhelming but thanks to you guys always answering the newbie questions you never feel lost.

Good for you, be sure to go through all the length. Master videos to see exactly how each stretch is done.
 
So this will be my 8th week of PE and my 4th week of using the lenghtmaster (before that i only hanged).
I have decided that i will measure myself next week to see if i have gained anything. I will measure BPEL, BPSFL and EG base and middle shaft.
I am a bit anxious how i will feel if i cant see any gains. Im not wishing for anything extreme but 0,5 cm (0,2 inches) in lenght would be nice.. so i could see that something is happening. If i cant see any gains on monday when i measure i will measure on wednesday too since erect measurements can be off really easy if you cant get a strong erection.

If i see gains i will keep doing my routine as planned but if i dont see any gains i will keep doing my routine but add 2 hours of ADS each training day and then measure again after 1 month. If i cant see any gains then i will stop training for at least 1 month and start over to see if the rest helps me reset.
 
I have now been doing pe for eight whole weeks and four weeks with the lenghtmaster involved.
The first four weeks i trained three times a week with hanging weights and the last four weeks i have trained four times a week with a combination of the lm3 and hanging weights.

Today i tried to take my measurements to see if i have gained anything. I hadnt any huge hopes but was very eager to see if pe actually works!
So my starting measurements were
BPEL: 19 cm (7,5 inches)
SBFL: 20 cm (7,87 inches) Im not 100 % sure of this measurement but i think its close to correct.
EG (base): 16,5 cm (6,5 inches)
EG (midshaft): 14,5 cm (5,7 inches)

19/3-24 measurements
BPEL: 19,5-20 cm (7,68-7,87 inches).
SBFL: 20,5-21 cm (7,87-8,27 inches).
EG (base): Not taken correct. Couldnt get this of with full erection. But even with not a full erection i was at 16,5 cm now (same as start).
EG (midshaft): 14,75-15 cm (5,81-5,9 inches).

So results so far is:
0,5-1 cm (0,18-0,37 inches) in BPEL.
0,5-1 cm (0,18-0,37 inches) in SBFL.
0,25-0,5 cm (0,11-0,2 inches) in EG midshaft.
Unchanged in EG base (couldnt get correct measurement).

I think its really hard to get a correct measurement when you both have to try to keep the erection at a perfect 100 % (or as close to it as possible) and at the same time getting the measurement of with the ruler punching into your fatpad. Just knowing that loosing the erection some % makes a big difference in the numbers are stressfull... this is why i have written a range for the measurements were the topnumbers is where i think i were at when i had the peak erection (for maybe some seconds..) and the other is the lower number when i probably had lost some erection power.

I hadnt time to get a full erection measurement of my base girth but even with not a full erection it seems to be the same as my full power erection girth before. This tells me that i probably have grown a bit in this area too.

Summary
Im really thrilled that my program is working! So happy!
When i saw that my penis actually was reaching the 20 cm lenght mark on my ruler i almost got tears in my eyes. It was such a good and cool feeling. Might sound strange but in sweden its like everybody nows that a penis of 20 cm is BIG even in fantasy numbers (thats what i call it when girls thinks that a 15 cm long penis is 20 cm). Often when someone is asking what is a big penis? People will say well 20 cm and up.. Thats of course pure imagination and in real measurements they are propably thinking of more like a 17 cm penis and up.. But for me having a 20 cm is like cementing the fact that my penis is big in my mind.

For now i will keep doing my routine and slowly increasing the load each week.
Im now doing this routine:
18 min LM3
18 min LM3
15 min weight hanging
15 min weight hanging
10 min weight hanging (this set is new for this week)

My LM3 sets is a combination of bundled strecthes in different directions and DBS.
 
Small gains will make a huge difference with you. What is your NBPEL? I have a feeling that if you lose some fat pad you will get an extra 1/4 -1/2 inch easy. Imagine me, I'm 5,4" if I had your 7.5 EL I would be a huge monster. I get it, you are big but that doesn't change the fact that you feel small. Maybe you are a grower too? Trust the process, since you have a good workout routine I think you will do great with PE. Whatever goal you have though in time, think of it as working out, you will see some fast results but dedication with 3+ years will get you that great confidence. This is PE for life just like working out. Our goal is to see you be and think like a Lion at all times.

My fatpad is like 3-3,5 cm (1,2 - 1,4 inches) so my NPEL was like 15,5-16 cm (6,1 - 6,3 inches) at start.

As you say im a pretty big dude and my penis would probably look very nice on someone of you size =) Its cons and pros of having a big/small stature i guess. A life saver for me have actually been the sites of how big p-rnstars penises really are. I always thought that i was way smaller that most p-rnstars but im more and more realising that im maybe not so far behind (or as big in some cases). But still when i see a huge looking penis in a p-rn movie i cant stop to think like "wow, i wonder what my wife would think if she saw that..", always when we watch movie togheter and somehow a big penis is flashed i also get nervous and sweaty of thinking what she thinks.. This is so sick really that they always show this huge monsters of penises (probably in most cases not even real) in movies/series..

Regarding the grower or shower its strange because i can be both.. when in home and with a warm room i can actually be pretty big. Not like the extreme ones that probably doesnt even grow when they get erect but still not so far away from my erect state. However whenever i am in a public area (like a looker room or public shower) i always shrink! Somehow my stresslevels go up and my penis shrinks in this situations.. probably because im thinking to much about my penis. I think alot of my psychological problems with my size comes from this. I played sports up till my early twenties and i always thought i was one of the guys with the smallest penis in the teams.. somehow i guess that cant have been the truth but that was what i felt and got very insecure from.

So im really gratefull that i found this community and that the pe seems to be working. I hope that my flaccid size will also increase as i go along.

Thank you for the tip.. i think i really would need this actually. Probably even some real life consuelling.. but i cant muster the courage to talk about this things in public. I dont live in such a large city so if it would come out it would be embarassing.
 
Godspeed to you. I have gone through 3-5 years of Bad Thoughts, PTSD, and depression at age 31-33 and again 40-42. I use to say time was the only healing factor but there is more. Talking to someone will help because it will truly find deeper reasons of why you think the way you think, I also found that living in grace is amazing and that means to live every moment at 100%, whatever you do- do it at 100%, working out and being fit has also become my core of improvement and PE has done wonders for me.

With counseling, therapy one helped me know that "I deserve to be happy" I had to say that 100 times to myself a day. Therapy two helped me understand that I am a very demanding person who holds loyalty and honor and all those around me with high standards, that's not normal, that's me. You don't have to go into PE in therapy if that is a courage issue, just talk and learn more about yourself.

Update
Even tough i havent been active in the forums i have continued my workouts.
I have trained for a totalt amount of 36 weeks this years with mainly two periods of 16 weeks each with some rests between becaouse of vaccations and other things in life.

As im increasing my workout in some way every week the last weeks of my 16 weeks program is hard and long. Last week i have been training four times a week:
17,5 min LM bundled
17,5 min LM bundled
17,5 min hanging 6 kg x 5 sets
After this all day stretch about 2-3 hours with weight about 2 kg.

A full days training with warm up and rests between sets are like maybe 6-7 hours.. and hinders my from doing other things in life.
Maybe i just have gone over the top with this.. but when you are increasing your program with about 5-10 % each week the time and effort soon racks up in high numbers..

I have gained but havent seen the amount of gains that i would like for such a time consuming training. Now i will take a rest and in january i will start girth training only. My goal is getting to 16 cm mid shaft (currently at about 15-15,25 cm). Maybe i will come back for more length gains but i think i will set up some other program then.. maybe more intense but less time consuming.

Results so far (from start to now)
BPEL: 19 cm (7,5 inches) -> 21 cm (8,27 inches). Measured from side of penis.
BPEL: 19 cm (7,5 inches) -> 20,75 cm (8,17 inches). Measured from top of penis.
EG (base): 16,5 cm (6,5 inches) ->17 cm (6,7 inches)
EG (midshaft): 14,5 cm (5,7 inches) ->15-15,25 cm (5,9-6 inches)

So i gained about 2 cm (0,79 inches) in lenght and about 0,5-0,75 cm (0,2-0,3 inches) in mid shaft girth.

Some may say the result aint good but i think they are ok for someone that didnt really believe this penis training thing would even work.
But what i think is hard for the motivation is that the increases is coming so slow that you pretty much dont notice them even if i only measure once every 2 months or so. Some time i even question myself if i have even increased in size or if im just measuring in some other way, pressing the ruler harder against my body or something..

To get the perfect measurement i have like a few seconds before i loose the perfect erection and if i do i can easily go back to like 19 cm BPEL and start questioning if i really am 21 cm.. but i really think i have grown becaouse before i think 19 cm was my perfect max and now i get to that number even if i am only maybe 85-90 % hard. But the mind is playing trix on me..

Next goal as i said earlier is to increase my girth to 16 cm (6,3 inches) mid shaft. I hope this will make my penis feel more powerful and big in the hand. Having big hands my penis doesnt really feel that big except for in my true base where i almost cant grip around it.

My goal to the summer will also therefore be to try to decrease my fat pad. If i can get maybe 1 cm decrease in fatpad that would be great. Than i have increased my visual lenght with about 3 cm!

Losing fat is a very quick way to seeing more penis. When I lost my excessive fat I gained 2 visual growth
