5x5x3 is a girth routine. Normally, you warm up your penis using heat, such as a heated towel, infrared light like the
red light therapy, or some kind of heating device.
You can start with 5 minutes of pumping, or
SSJ. Once you done with either the pumping or the
SSJ, you switch to the other one. Example:
5 minutes of pumping.
5 minutes of
SSJ.
Repeat again for a total of 3 sets of pumping and
SSJ exercises.
You can go the other way as well.

SSJ provides a positive pressure to expand your internal blood chambers. Pumping forces the chambers to expand even more using higher negative pressure to pull in blood, where the hands can't force the positive pressure to go past a certain internal pressure limit. You can only squeeze your penis so hard. That's why pumping and
SSJ help each other out. One keeps the expansion increasing, the other keeps the internal expansion constant.
