Slow Metabolism!!!!!!!!workout plan.

I have a very slow metabolism and its driving me nuts!this is a sample of my eating.Have any of you guys used a metabolism pill to speed things up?

Breakfast=half cup of oats and semi skimmed milk.
snack=2 apples
lunch=1 tin of tuna/lettuce/tomatoe/cucumber/onion.
snack=natural yougurt
dinner=chicken/sprouts/broccoli/cauliflour.
snack=plum

Iv give up bodybuilding well maybe!is the below plan ok.but i dont know what to include in the days iv left missing.I have a stepping machine if thats any use.I might take up running.whats your thoughts please.I realy want to lose weight but im scared ill get weedy.IV got tattoos and intend on being coverd in them so i dont see the point in bodybuilding?

Monday=Punchbag 20 mins/skipping rope 10 mins
Tuesday=
wednesday=Punchbag 20 mins/skipping rope 10 mins
thursday=
friday=Punchbag 20 mins/skipping rope 10 mins
saturday=
sunday=

Vitamins=
ginseng
ginko biloba
multi vitamin
b-complex
cod liver oil
creatine(if bodybuilding)
whey(if bodybuilding)
 
it sounds like your doing it right, your meal plan is good. If possible instead of just punching the bag try and teach yourself kick boxing. Stretch for about 2-3mins for each leg and try some forward kicks, side kicks, and high kicks. After a short time of doing this every other day you should be able to do some face level kicks and possibly some jump kick, reverse kicks. I don't know how agile you are but this will definitely improve leg strength, balance, and flexibility. and the larger your muscles the higher your resting metabolism will be. Also try and workout 45mins a day 5x a week.
 
im 21.im 5'8 and weight is 13 stone which i have no fucking clue in pounds im from the uk!but im about 2 stone over weight which i think is 28 pounds.kickboxing sounds good im gonna look up the basics on the net and start.im dsesperate to lose weight before the ozzfest in june.
