As many know, the SizeDoctor the vacuum setup is hit or miss. Since we are not the owners of SizeDoctor, we came up with a solid mod that makes the vacuum system fool proof.

We incorporated our solid valve system from our MityVacs into the SizeDoctor. It's not the sexiest mod, but it works everytime.

We may be able to dye the white parts to blend in more with the SizeDoctor color theme but we have to look into that.

We offer this mod to existing SizeDoctor owners that are looking for a solid solution. Cost is $30.00 plus shipping which covers parts and labor. You would have to return your SizeDoctor orange bulb and black pump adapter to us.

We can turn around same day for minimal downtime.

This will be copied in a couple threads.

Magnificent, this will solve the issues. Its a shame it couldn't have been figured out, completed before the initial launch of the product, but at least its a positive development.
 
Mine has had an issue with the vacuum from the minute it came out of the box.
So a brand new product fresh out the box that already isn't cheap, needs another $30 to be spent in order for it to even work?

Watch the videos. You have to have the black plastic pin pressed in before you attach the pump.

The mod was a convenience upgrade.

I thought the same thing. Used the SizeDoctor in a session last night, will write a thread either tonight or tomorrow on that.

Noticed that I lost vacuum right away, and was a bit pissed off. I then remembered Lightning did a short video on that, and used my mobile to view it while in bed. It made complete sense, and after following that advice the device worked perfectly!!

Its all about the little piece at the end, very easy trick to do.

Just watch the short clip and you will get it, if not, post back, we can give you step by step pix if required.
 
Thank you, I'll give this thing another shot tonight. I don't think this video was around yet when I initially messaged Lightning on here 2 weeks ago and I haven't been regularly checking for updates other than to my PM about it.

We published this video on Mar 3, 2019, Its a big place here and things can get overlooked sometimes.

But good news is, you can find all the How-To-Use videos in the SizeDoctor forum here...

These videos are made so these questions are answered, please people look the videos that we have available to see if your questions can be resolved their first as we do a lot of video work.
 
Is it possible for you guys to send me the mod since I bought the size doctor game changer bundle from you guys? I've been having issues with it leaking and have tried everything I've been instructed to do by Lightning, but no luck.

I can't see the pictures, what are these parts I need for my size doctor can't get a good seal.
