Hey lighting I ordered mins January 30th and I didn’t get my email with the shipment information.
Nothing on my spam either
No one does as it ends up in the spam box, so frustrating! Send to ship@mattersofsize.com for another.
What you send my order number to that email?
Just send an email to that address asking for a new tracking slip.
I got my order details lighting said that the shipment info should’ve been sent to everyone that was waiting maybe he shipped mines I just didn’t get an email with the tracking
