the piece you strap your penis in? that doesn't actually "snap" into the rest of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] it's always loose but should never be able to fall off when properly strapped in.

My suggestion is to use a light wrap that clings to the base of the glans like TheraBand, then wrap with one or two wrap layers of ace wrap for comforts TheraBand or similar light wrap layer will prevent that slippage, even with heavy moisture.

Have you tried velcro tape to replace the strap? This is a very good option.
