Hey ! I have not been online but I have been training still

I have reached 194 hours in the SG!

BM had stopped working, but today I tried putting vaseline on my dick and it worked a charm!

Did clamping 5 x 3, then thought fuck it let me see if this vaseline trick will help!

It did! Smashed my way to a new personal best with the wine vinno vac thing!

Left it on for 5 mins, took it off and measured!

Was motivated and then did another 5 mins!

Feels great to have my BM back working!

I have kept myself enlarged throughout the day by varying between cockrings and SG!

I have remeasured and I am still at the girth as I was during my girth workout so it shows the power of SRT!

Doing Length
10 mins LM bundles clockwise
10 mins LM bundles anti clockwise
5 mins deep base expressive LM stretching

Followed by Size Genetics stretching
Added plenty of extra rods the stretch feels glorious and i really mean that.

Did 10 mins x2 clamping today, 1st girth workout in ages.

I will start to include the BM trianing also. Im currently sexually active so motovated to trsin more!

Got a great day booked in today, motivated by reading my 2019 thread.

Got the house to myself which will facilitate things.

4 stage workout

1) Warm up and length

Will start with LM work.

10 mins clockwise bundles
10 mins anticlockwise bundles
5 mins deep base expressive stretching

2) Girth and power

5 mins clamping
5 mins cockring BM
5 mins clamping
5 mins cockring BM
5 mins clamping
5 mins cockring BM

3) Healing in Girth

2 hours wearing cockrings to maintain girth

4) Healing in extended state

4 hours minimum SG . Benefit of SG after girth is a better stretch. It also keeps me engorged, similar to a cockring


I have a long day cut out for me but i am motivated for I am once again sexually active

Well well well, what a workout today was. Been over a year since I've done any P.E but it's like i've not missed a day.

Currently up to part 3, currently at 3 hours 30 mins wearing 3 cock rings at base to maintain temp girth from girth training. Thinking of skipping part 4 and not doing at SG work to day.

Looking to wear these cockrings until I go to sleep, at which point I will remove 2 and sleep with 1 on at the base.

Also, I have had issued with a tight foreskin and frenulum. I simply stretched it by pulling it apart ( 4 fingers stretching it outwards) and did all my girth work with my foreskin fully retracted with zero discomfort. This includes all my clamping and BM work!

So excited with everything. SRT makes so much sense now!

day off today. decided to rest my schlong after a few days of tough training. As the famous saying on MoS goes, you can't train a broke dick (credit Maxameyes).

Felt good to take day off, already seeing better flaccid hang. Need to keep doing testicle massages and stretches and keep stretching foreskin but all in all it is great to be back.

Tomorrow I will see what I get up to in P.E
