I must stress that i only hit 9 " in the SG when stretched out!
Im confident however that i can cement this as mt bpel so long as i keep using the SG!

Thank you my brother.9 inches is 9 inches do not second-guess yourself. What you need to do now is to cement that and the easiest way to do that is with my new theory riding fatigue as you increase weight. I bet this new theory will get you to a solid 9 inches within three months. I have that much trust in this.
Interesting observation - I noticed in my BM training session yesterday i was looking straighter.
with a slight left curve, i would usually experience the discomfort of my head being pressed up against the inner tube.
it is early days but perhaps I am starting to straighten out.
After today I will have had over 60 hours in the SG during march 2019.
1000 hours SG is my target, with mini targets every 100 hours.
Logging my hours encourages me to use it as much as possible. I deffo feel that things are improving but I am just enjoying myself with my training not too concerned with my measurements
it is important to research stuff in PE and report the findings. Back in the SG now, daily gains daily improvements!I would definitely continue to do the bundles like that since it is helping you in this correction. To me research and data is everything as I am always writing new routines, I am constantly looking for new ways to grow and heal. I’m always thinking of new devices that will help the process.
