Hey all, back in this bitch for good.

here is my official workout log for 2k19. I had my first workout on monday, just gentle LM, SG and BM work. was mainly to get used to being back in PE.

Tuesday was decent, LM bundles and SG for about 2 hours. Tried a girth workout, wasn't really feeling it. fuck it.

Wednesday was good, did my LM bundles and 4 hours SG. By the end of the day I added extra rods to the SG!


Today has been the best day, LM bundles, 4 hours SG and a kick ass girth workout.

5 mins clamping, 5 mins Bathmate x3

Really got great girth expansion today, such a nice feeling noticing the increased thickness in my hands and in the mirror. After the girth workout i kept 2 cockrings on to maintain the temp girth expansion, which was very pleasant. After an hour, I returned to the SG.

A really great day today, so nice to be back in the swing of things.

Going to start doing kegels, can't wait for more training. Gonna take it easy, girth workouts as and when I can, LM and SG erryday. Happy to already be adding more rods, getting a good stretch

Best thing about the Bathmate are those huge post girth sizes! Cock that is totally useable!
 
Relaxed day today. Been very busy all over the place but still managed 3 hours 20 mins in SG.

Will have a LM bundled stretching session followed by a few more hours of SG :D

Also feeling extremely confident with women, none of this nice guy chat, being cocky funny, always pushing the limits of what is acceptable. PE is great to feel confidence!
 
Did 15 mins LM bundles. Got creative and did some hands free behind the cheek bundled stretching. Woooow. Really feel the ligament and tunica strstching
Got the SG back on lookin to amass more hours

Will try them. Been v v busy today, managed LM sesh followed by 2.5 hours SG.

Just got back in, will do a girth workout now. Tomorrow morning I will try the new LM bundled rolls (sounds like a delicious bakery bread hahaha), and then get some good hours in my SG
 
SG alone isnt great, espexially the noose attachment BUT with the VLC tugger it is perfect, can use it for hourrrrs on end. They were very good to me, even sent me a special tugger after having issues with getting the correct size. I have the frenulum relif one which has a little groove to prevent frenulum pain

Now after girth got 2 crings on, bring on tomorrow

I thought you already exceeded the 8inches mark? I remember you became longer than 8 inches? Did you lost any gains? What is your length and girth size now?

I used to look up to you back then when you got to 8 inches bone press. But see me today, with consistency and dedication, I've be3n able to break the 8 inches bone press mark with the length master.

My confidence is as high as a sky scrapper now when relating with women but I need to get to 9 inches bone press before the year runs out.

My size doctor extender is on its way. Do you think being a long time pe trainer, i can still gain 1 inch with the size doctor in 6 months?

About .25 inches. Still going steady building myself up during BM.

Going to do sets of 10 mins instead of 5 mins, very happy and excited.

Tried the LM bundled rolls, feels nice, especially on the clockwise rotation. Best LM feeling I get is behind the cheek bundles and i put the handles behind the cheeks so i can fully let go. The tension means i am slighy leaning forward. As i stand more and more upright the intensity increases it is a very nice feeling
