5 hours SG today and 45 mins cardio i am burning fat.

Added extra rods, got to 8.5 -9 inches in SG. I curve to the left which takes down length.

I am using SG to straighted curve!

It works well, the left underside of my shaft has a long stretch mark .

I habe mastered the SG VLC technique and now get a 10/10 perfext application everytime.

Yes in the SG i hit 9" today, well just short of it .

I am working very well with the SG, im not really caring abput gaining extra length, i just want to straighten what i have as i lose length due to my curve maybe an inch.

Im using SG do syraighten curve and the left side is adapting.

Im motivated to use my SG for 5 hours a day.

Mini targets of 100 hours.

My dick is long but the slight curve reduces length.

I am enkpying the process

I will keep on working, i have many more rods to add

Im confident however that i can cement this as mt bpel so long as i keep using the SG!

0817 the time here, already have been in SG for 1 hour 30 mins.

Will add more rods, just being patient and allowing nature to run its course

Cant wait dor my dixk to straighten, ive already hit cervix at my xurrent length, im now in pe for the curve xorrection and extra girth.

Really love the SG and VLC combo, as i say i have mastered the technique now where getting the perfect seal is as easy as breathing.

There is something very satisfying in seeing your member stretched out

9 inches is 9 inches do not second-guess yourself. What you need to do now is to cement that and the easiest way to do that is with my new theory riding fatigue as you increase weight. I bet this new theory will get you to a solid 9 inches within three months. I have that much trust in this.

Interesting observation - I noticed in my BM training session yesterday i was looking straighter.

with a slight left curve, i would usually experience the discomfort of my head being pressed up against the inner tube.

it is early days but perhaps I am starting to straighten out.

After today I will have had over 60 hours in the SG during march 2019.

1000 hours SG is my target, with mini targets every 100 hours.

Logging my hours encourages me to use it as much as possible. I deffo feel that things are improving but I am just enjoying myself with my training not too concerned with my measurements
 
Another four hours logged in the SG!

61 hours / 100 hours mini goal = 61%

61 hours / 1000 hours goal = 6.1%

Will go gym now, cardio again time to get ripped. Will possibly try and get another 1-2 hours in evening!

4 hours daily!

Everything you’re doing to go to straighten your penis. So traction stretching and Hydro pump and are both very very good to straighten the penis. You also know that he erect jelqing against the curve will speed the process.

I agree with you as far as logging hours goes and starts to become a very cool thing when you start racking up hundreds and thousands of hours. The mathematics are awesome because you can weigh hours against gains to get a good proportional value of how much time and effort it took to make the gains.

10 mins LM stretching and bundles
5 mins clamp , 5 bm x3

Had a massive realisation today. I curve to the left, which means left side of penis tighter and shorter than right.

During LM bundles, Clockwise rotation bundles harder than anti-clockwise.

Like a lagging body part in body building, I will now do a LM session a normal, then later in the day JUST BUNDLE THE TIGHTER SIDE!

How smart is that!?Also, I'm mindful of not taking my bundle past the point shere my weaker side can twist on my stronger side if that makes sense. In other words, the shorter side must be allowed to catch up with the longer side before I really push the already long side, in my case the right.


I still reap the tunica relaxing and stretching but now I know clockwise rotation targets the left side, i train 2:1 in favour of weak side.

For now, having already done my PE training, I will do more:

1) 10 mins LM BUNDLES only on the clockwise rotation

2) 10 mins relaxed edging with cockrings (alrady did girth today)

3) rest of day in SG


Stay tuned, Im also using th BM and SG as you may know and I'm seeing pleasant results - now I must deeicate focus on this LM bundle tunica 2;1 weak side priority training to see how it accelerates curve corection

I find it really telling that it is obvious for me that one side is tighter in the bundle - clearly my shorter left side hnece why i curve to the left.

I love this shit, dick looking beaslty flaccid too! Dont give a fuck about discolouration, may my dick be huge and dark as fuck hahhaah!
 
also got an intense GYM workout - upper body, triceps abs and 30 mins cardio!!

I love training in the gym and going home training girth!

Just did the 10 min weak sided BUNDLE.

was good went way past my usual limit! having already trained today meant it was loose

now I m going into SG

it is important to research stuff in PE and report the findings. Back in the SG now, daily gains daily improvements!

Loving my training, thank you for your kind words, I am very happy getting gains. I don't over do it though, girth workout short and intense. boom!

If it’s working don’t fix it! You’re getting a lot of happiness out of what you’re doing so continue in your happiness!

To me research and data is everything as I am always writing new routines, I am constantly looking for new ways to grow and heal. I’m always thinking of new devices that will help the process.

Healing is such an important part of this whole game I’m so glad that you’re using the parts of SRT that are so important In healing and gaming size.

I have decided to remove the cockring before bed. I have had it on for around 7 hours since my girth workout. tomorrow is length day, LM sessions, SG!

Smart move! There’s plenty of hours in the day to use your cock ring to heal that you do not need to wear it through the night, it is always stay safe if you can do things during the day when you are awake and aware. Are there benefits of using and ads after hours of cockring post girth?

All and any length work is going to improve the environment of SRT and speed your gains. There is a no limit on the length of work you can do every day.
 
Today has been great.

I used the LM for bundles but only went clockwise, to target my shorter left hand side chamber. Giving it priority to reach the same level of length and elasticity as my right side chamber.

Been in the SG for nearly 2 hours so far.

Looking to hit 5-6 hours today, will post back later.

At the end of the day, I will do another LM session, again only hitting the clockwise bundle
