Progress thread SIM's penis enlargement journey

I will from now on only log in once per day.
It can be less frequent as well.

So my activity will be lower on the forums then it used to be.
I need to restructure my life somewhat, and put time on other things. I hope the brotherhood understands.
I have a dedicated laptop for MOS now that I'm using. I got an old laptop from a friend and I have installed Linux on it.
I will not use my smartphone to log in any longer, to small buttons on it and I look like Gollum right now.

This is really a hard decision.
I don't know what is best, but in the past I unwillingly got a 4 week rest from PE (did only maintenance).
And the strange fact was that I was longer in BPEL when I did measured again after 4 weeks. But taking that long rest on purpose is hard, but I think I need to do it. It feels like this windows of opportunity to rest is now.

I have realized that there is in fact circumstances where you can overwork your penis. And lately my sessions have been extremely hard, so hard that one session per day have been enough. Also my penis have not been hanging as low as it used to in the past (flaccid hang).

This is a rest day, and I still feel soreness in my inner penis, and it's night time now. So more then 24 hours since last session.

But it would be so wonderful if this rest would provide me with a longer penis at the end of it, I believe it will.
I think I have no choice, I think I have to throw in 4 weeks of rest again, but this time it's planned. This is hard mentally. But I would feel regret if I didn't let my penis heal up properly to maximize my gains.

Yeah...this is official. I'm doing 4 weeks of rest. I will not take back this dicision (= a conclusion or resolution reached after consideration).

But trust me, this is not easy for me. In fact it's extremely hard. I will be stretching loosely just for maintenance once or twice per week. I put to much pressure on myself, but I want to be at my longest first of Mars 2024.

I believe the best thing to do this is to focus on other things in life. I have my studies until December this year...after that I'm back to "regular" work. I will focus on; studying, lifting weights, eating and sleep...then repeat, as I did before I discovered PE. It will be a fun month.

Your increase in length is not uncommon when taking time off.
If proper PE sessions were done over extended periods of time (6-12 months)
Taking 4-6 weeks off will give you an increase of 1/16-1/8 inch BPEL with a slight decrease in girth
Remember.
If you lose gains, you never gained in the first place

That's right, anything lost was never made permanent. It only takes a few sessions to get them back

Yeah! It's really hard. But I need to believe in the process. It feels like If I just keep pushing as hard as I have done it continuessly I will go backwards. My penis needs some well deserved rest.

Also I need a rest from this obsession. It's tiring sometimes. 😮‍💨

It will be all good. After 4 weeks I will be back in business.

Keep growing brother. 💪

Have you been able to experiment with your new size? This is very important.

In that case, you should focus until 1st of March before experimenting with your new size. Have no worries, women will take your size with ease. There will always be women that can take any size you achieve. Keep up with your routine.

It might be that, you have been stretching too hard. You might want to take it easy when you resume training in 4 weeks time.

Yes I had gotten myself to the upper extreme level of what my penis can handle for long term. Short term it can handle it. So in the future when I continue, I have to get back to spreading out the intensity during 2 sessions per day, instead of one. But it's hard to do since I have become so strong in my hands and in this stretching position.

That's why I'm on a rest. But taking a strategic rest is hard mentally. But I will be fine.

Only ~3 weeks left on my rest period now. I have put the starting date in my Google Calendar, to make sure I don't miss it. Feels good to have a long break.

It will be a complete break, even if I now contemplating to do some maintenance exercises. But I believe it's best to not do that. I will get back to a good continuous routine at date: 27 November, 2023.

I already see the benefits. My flaccid hang have returned long, and my erected state appears to be longer. To let my tissue fully heal was the best decision ever.
 
Best of luck with everything brotherman, maybe 4 weeks of rest will do you good as I know from experience how intense stretching with the Lengthmaster 3 is.
That’s the good thing about extenders it’s intense enough but not neraly as intense as the LM3 so longer rest periods might not be needed.

And best of luck with your studies hope you prepare well and ace every test

Thanks. As well to you. Yeah! I was almost pulling off my penis at the end there. I tried to stretch softer but for some reason I couldn't do it. The fire in me are starting to go out as well, but I'm soon finnished with these studies. I'm kinda tired of it. Had a teacher that messed up my grades...felt like she had dementia or something. Really messed up with my spirit. To late to correct it now, she's gone as well.

I will hang in there it's not much left now... I will get back with amazing gains.
