This have happened before as well. Sometimes I get to eager and I stretch to hard. But it's good. The amount of inner penis I could pull out yesterday was out of this world.
That interesting. I am worried about injury and at the same time worried I’m not pulling hard enough. Hard to tell the perfect amount of tension

Yes! But trust me. You can't pull to hard. Your body/brain won't let you do that. I even once bleed from my glans. That was stupid.
 
I have been thinking about how to cement gains.

I took a 6 week rest at 8.5 x 5.5 with no loss of gains. I also came back to Penis Enlargement making some of my best gains to date. Cementing may very well be used as a cop out for some but it is a very real process of Penis Enlargement and everyone is different. For me I have never needed time to cement length gains but gith is a whole other story. I sometimes need to gain up to a .5" in girth to manifest a 1/4" in permanent gains. This is why I always underestimate my progress on girth until I have taken a 3-4 day break with no loss of gains. Almost inevitably I lose some of the gains I have made but I almost always keep some of it. I never lose. I think this cementing process is different for allot of guys, I also think that most guys should not pay it any mind until they are towards or at the end of making their goals.
From my experience, gains made from bundled stretching tend to cement itself because once the tunica is slacked, it doesn't go back to it original size.

Secondly, if you seek 8 inches bone press, get to that size. Once you arrive at 8 inches bone press, train length for an additional 1 year. Whatever extra gain you make within the 1 year of training will cement the 8 inches.

I use the red light too much as well so maybe cut the time down to 10 minutes split time or 5 minutes at the least especially with the infrared portion.

I was told by my dermatologist. If you are constantly masturbating, you’ll get an inflamed hair follicle and I believe the same applies for PE as well if you are working your junk almost every day.

I will cut the time to 20 minutes per day with MOS-RED, and see if that's better. I was following your lead on 15 minutes per session (I have 2 sessions per day).

Yes, more is not always better. You can also get from shaving as well.

I recently cut my MOS-RED down to 5 minutes before length and after and that’s it.
 
Haven't noticed this before, but I have really started to become fat. This was a really good camera angle to crush my penis dimorphic disorder.
This is with one day rest from stretching. I'm going to begin my stretching now. Somewhat late to get started today.

Maybe my eyes are deceiving me.
I see now my ball-sack, are blending in somewhat with the shaft.

It's hard to take good pictures. I'm uploading these to documenting my journey.

Gaining girth from length work. The length master is king.
 
Don't over do anything. Be it your PE sessions or using the MOSred. Consistency is what matters. Take off days when necessary. Stretch hard but not to the point of pain or injuries.
Thanks. I have realised that I have been stretching to hard. It feels like the real grind is starting now. Soon back to work, and the discipline needs to be on point then. I will focus on consistency instead of stretching to hard.

IF YOU DO NOT GET YOUR GAINS BY THE TIME AUGUST COME A ROUND, JUST GET IN 60 SESIONS IN AND DONT BE TO HARD ON YOUR SELF

I will take a week rest now, I deserve that. My penis needs it. I believe I will not lose any gains since I have been doing bundled stretches all this time, and my tunica is forever expanded and elongated.

I have been doing PE extremely intense. My goal was to hit 7 BPEL in August. I will hit that goal.

I can now relax a bit.

I have a fat bump at the base of my penis, according to @orgasmic19 this have probably happened to me:

No PE, no masturbation and just relax for at least 1 week. I will keep my penis elongated...that's it.

Just got caught up reading your thread. I admire your consistency and dedication, I'm excited to see your measurements when the time comes! Good luck, and keep up the good work!
 
I definitely don't. I use a VPN and private browsing whenever I do anything regarding PE. If I'd ever put in the work and had some measurable gains I'd probably feel differently, but it's sort of an embarrassing subject on its own and I'd rather not have someone come across it while they're using my phone.
It's a great way to structure the information and learn. Why are someone else using your phone?
 
It's not something that happens often, but occasionally one of my friends might ask to use my phone if theirs is dead or doesn't have service and I see no reason why I shouldn't let them. There's also the potential of my phone being searched at work and PE is a topic I'd rather not have come up, haha. I have a couple of laptops at home that I can use to record data but I'd prefer my phone to be clear.

Okey.
If you post some pictures sometimes. Remember to not include the GPS data. The stupid in-built apps have this often enabled. And you need to go in and remove the option, so the camera app do not attach GPS data to the picture.
