I need to dig deep inside my mind.
I need to increase the intensity even further. I have change it somewhat.

When I bundle to the left I stretch straight back behind me (LM BTC/LM b.ASS) and to the left. This seems to stretch (hit) my inner penis really good. I'm doing this to hopefully make my penis go more straight (and not to the right). But my banana 🍌 bend will remain.

Thinking about increasing the time for each set as well with 2 minutes. We will see if my penis can handle this.

I'm going back to work in about 1 month (I have holiday from work) so I need to make the best of the free time I have. I need to keep my schedule even more tighter when I start to work (have a lot of studies to take care of as well). My boundaries needs to be on point.

I think I need to get up again at 04:30 to make my first session happening. Nowdays I do both sessions in the evning and sometimes at night.
This will be a new challenge in my journey.

We always need to challenge ourselves and adjust. Adding 2 minutes is a good step forward. Getting up early is also a huge help.

With stretching early in the day you have the added benefit of passive healing for a lot more hours after that

That I know. After a rest day I need to restructuring it. The balance between heling and stretching is perfect so I need to change that after a rest day, otherwise my penis would not handle it. I find that I need all the rest during the day to be able to be at it again in the evning.

That's what I'm thinking. I have done this during my entire PE journey. Either increased the intensity or change up the exercises when I need more intensity. But I think I will stick to 5 minute by each set by now. I just have to pull harder. Need to get up early tomorrow. I'm more awake at night then day, not good at all.

Believe me brother, you will still gain if you hold each stretch for 1 minute. I've always held my stretches for 1 minute and it has always worked for me. You want to avoid injury at all cost. But if you do 2 minutes and you like it, you can go for it.

I was trying to increase the time in my sets, from; 2 x 10 minutes; to 2 x 12 minutes but it was to hard for my penis.
I need to stick with 10 minutes x 2 = 20 minutes for each session.
I was not talking about the time for each stretch, we missunderstood each other.

There was an unplanned rest day today sice I got to the gym to late. But this is the first. I will continue tomorrow in the morning. One session in the morning and one in the afternoon should be the best for gains.

I held a behind the cheeks stretch/b.ASS (not bundled) for 15 minutes on the bed with my right hand. I will start to incoperate these from time to time, in combination with my LENGTHMASTER 3 sessions. I could really feel the stretch in my inner penis.
 
Just wanted to stop by and wish you happy gaining my brother, seems like you’re also putting in the work.

Starting to consider having Sundays off myself as that’s my workout rest day as well.
Though at the same time I’m so obsessed that I’m not sure I’m capable of taking a day off.

Yes! I have for a long time tossed away motivation for doing this. There is a strong force inside me that drives me. I trust my dicipline will produce results for me.

I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day rest and repeat.

This is my modified LENGTHMASTER 3.

  1. I use a short broomstick on top of the chamber in order to clamp down more securely and more evenly. The upper part of the chamber do not tilt forward as much. And the chamber do not flex as much when I clamp down. I was worried that I would break the chamber from clamping down. My theory is that I disturbing the force evenly when clamping down with the short broomstick in between. This makes it also easier to clamp down (faster). My penis feels more secured with this added broomstick on top of the chamber.
  2. A broomstick on the underside of the device, in order for it to get bigger handles (more secure grip), and make it stronger. I don't understand how you didn't saw this in my videos before?

If I did not implement these modifications I would not have gained as fast as I have done. With these upgrades I can stretch "comfortable" as hard as I want.

Please don't change the LENGTHMASTER 3.
I like it as it is. ❤

Those big plastic nuts will not be as strong as the wing nuts that's included with the LENGTHMASTER 3 (See post
#1).
 
I forgot how fast the skin on my penis heals. I will continue tomorrow. Need to keep my program with; 3 days on and 1 day rest. Otherwise I will regret it at 2023.08.01 (YEAR.MONTH.DAY).
 
Haven't noticed this before, but I have really started to become fat. This was a really good camera angle to crush my penis dimorphic disorder.
This is with one day rest from stretching. I'm going to begin my stretching now. Somewhat late to get started today.

Maybe my eyes are deceiving me.
I see now my ball-sack, are blending in somewhat with the shaft.

It's hard to take good pictures. I'm uploading these to documenting my journey.

Are you doing the testicle massage and stretch? This will create much better separation between the base and scrotum. This will have you hanging like a bull
 
The testicle massage and stretch is the fastest way
It only takes 5 minutes and is very comfortable
How many times per day for fast gains?
Maybe that was a stupid question. I suppose I want to know some progression expectations. I have never stretched my ball sack for any substantial length of time.

This have happened before as well. Sometimes I get to eager and I stretch to hard. But it's good. The amount of inner penis I could pull out yesterday was out of this world.
