I will probably do 1 session of the beginner routine (🔗 LENGTHMASTER 3 - Beginner routine.) as well once per week for maintenance.

If I have time I will do bundled stretches before my girth sessions as well, in order to loosen up Tunica albigunea beforehand.

It's so amazing to be able to go back in time, and look at how you did an exercise from your video instructions. Invaluable to have that database of video instructions.

Doing video instructions was the best decision I ever made. Teaching is the best way to learn and grow.
 
Quitting length work now does not mean, I can't get more length in the future if I desire. But probably I don't need it. We will see.

It feels so good to change things up. 🙌
 
I'm really forcing my tissue to expand in the small Bathmate Hydromax 5 pump now. Because I'm +8 Inch bpel outside the cylinder, this are really forcing girth expansion.

I have soon filled out the entire cylinder in girth and length.

And I mean all the way. I'm not using the comfort insert, so I get maximum expansion. I will slowly increse the cylinder size, I believe this will be my path to fast girth gains. This is fun. 🙂
 
I'm trying to stay elongated 24 hours every day (also when I sleep = no fluid retention), it helps with my penis longation growth. I'm mostly using this wrapping technique: ball-sack penis longation support wrap. Mostly when I'm at home.
did you continue to use the wrap throughout this period even while you were sleeping? I tried it last night without causing any discomfort and I woke up calm and with a swollen but comfortable penis, nothing to worry about... have you felt the same sensation as me?

It was just in the beginning as a newbie. I would not recommend to sleep with a penis elongation wrap.
The gains I got was made just by using a pel.wrap during the day.
Let your penis and body rest fully when you sleep.
 
Bathmate pumping works wonderful. I see 6 Inch EG after a session in semi-erected state. I also see more and more expansion inside the pump. I switch between Hydromax 5 and HydroExtreme 7 Wide Boy now. I prefer pumping with water.

I do not max out Wide Boy or Hydromax 5 because the penis expands like a balloon, and it's a banana penis. I will soon only use Wide Boy. Wide boy have the same diameter as HydroExtreme 9.

I do 🔗 SRT 5x5x5.

My penis is still growing.
It's pretty amazing. I can see a big difference in the width and girth of my penis even in a semi-erected state already. I just need to push further a couple of months and see where I'm at then.

It feels like my width increases very much, but width adds to the girth so all good.
I don't have a bathtub so I'm standing in the shower.
Also my flaccid hang appears to hang lower now as well.

This was just a small update. I had a rest day today.
I think I need to plan them in instead.

You do not have to use in the shower. Just keep a bucket of hot water next to you to catch the excess. And when you need more hot water, it will be available kind of fraction of the costs.

The only floor I own that will handle water, and not suffer from water damage is in my bathroom. So I will not even try to use it outside of this room.

I miss my broomstick.
I will start doing bundled stretches before my girth sessions (when I can).

This will fasten up my girth gains. Maybe I get some more video instructions with the broomstick as well.

Make sure you use the 5 × 5 × 3

That is the best setup/program!
My belief is that guys that do interval pumping are just getting bad fluid retention and are not maximizing growth.

The pump needs to tug and stretch at 🔗 Tunica Albuginea for some time in order to induce and promote permanent outstretch (stretching like a balloon) of the tissue. 5 minutes inside the pump with Slow Squash Jelq's seems to be like the sweet spot (an optimum point or combination of factors or qualities) for inducing fast growth, without creating to much fluid retention.

Here is a study on how the penis are expanding like a balloon.

Same as manual stretches, If you are doing bundled stretches with long holds, you will promote faster growth because you will see longer temporary elongation of your tissue after the session.

Same here 5 minute seams to be the sweet spot of the time you need to elongate/stretch out the tissue to the max when doing length work.

Just do this over and over again and you will promote amazing growth.

Just wanted to put my thoughts out there.

I'm honored. I did all the angles in the newbie routine, but I did my own routine based on the information in the MOS DVD., and added some angles as well. Did you do bundled stretches?

My plan have always been to make more video instructions about this routine, but I haven't made that jet. I have 2 videos in my video instruction thread (SIM's videos and instructions), about the broomstick routine...but there where more to the stretches then what is showed in the videos that I have uploaded.
 
Perfect tool to measure your girth/diameter.
It's more accurate then a tailors tape. Just measure your diameter and then calculate the circumference for a circle.

Maybe not more accurate (your penis are not a perfect cylinder), when I convert to circumference. But if I want to measure my midshaft this is the tool, because I can measure exactly the same way every single time.
And this concept are key to seeing the gains happening in front of my eyes. If I measure the diameter I will be able to see the changes easier.

I grow most at the midshaft, and at the width at the midshaft, so it's very easy to measure this now with this tool.

KSM 66 (Ashwagandha) at 1200 mg per day, may do something as well, I don't know.

But now I have soon nothing left, and it's really expensive. So I don't know If I'm getting more.

Yes sir i have done bundled streches with broomstick and now maby about two weeks with diswashing clowes. Great pull!
Feeling now that i need more pulling force so starting to use lengtmaster pretty soon.

So when you first started with lengthmaster you did all angels? as a newbie routine?

I started with downward stretches when I got my LengthMaster 3, because I had already exhausted all the stretching angles in front of me with the broomstick.
 
I don't use anything for my EQ. Just pictures of naked women.

If you wanna try something cheap and that really makes a difference. Go citrulline. Experiment with dosages. I find it most effective of 8+ grams on empty stomach 20 mins before session.

Maybe I will try it. But mostly I have no problems to get high enough erection quality for my girth work.
If I go hard a couple of days with girth work, my penis will start to turtling and I need some rest to heal. But it is working for me.
