I feel the sleeves is ready to go, If you would DLD I send you a pm, with my phone number, as I currently have no internet at home, so if you would call me and we can discuss the details, I have the sleeves I have cast and I have had no issues so far with them,

Did He call you today Bandit? we spoke on the phone last night and we want to also work in some advertisement to get the product out there. This should be a great success not only here but wherever Sleeves are made. If He did not call you call Him asap. I will send you His number. He is sick much of the time but calling around 6 EST is the best time. So excited about this!

I spoke with Him last night and He said that you were sending this out, great news! Now LIGHTNING will test and if He approves we will be going big time with these. He is working hard today at finding the substates at a deeper discount. Also thinking of ways to mass produce at a lower wholesale price so we can offer a better retail price. They will be a permanent part of our line and will be advertised world-wide. I am proud of you and LIGHTNING for making all this work out!
 
I am looking forward to these coming to the market. only time will tell, I don't have much money at the moment, it is all I can do to make ends meet, so like I said only time will tell.

Yes the pricing is far too high but we have it in LIGHTINGs hands, He will find everything needed and make the best deal possible. Give Him a couple of days and you will be amazed. And that lack of money you are going through will soon be flush with cash. You did a good work and will be rewarded very well! Remember, the WORLD has been looking for a good sleeve, not just the Brotherhood.

yeah I was just looking the smooth on 00-20 is 196 plus shipping for 16 pounds, like I said only time will tell.

roughly 8 to 10 times the product, and I could produce the product at half the price.
 
LIGHTNING has received the molds and samples yesterday and is testing now against every sleeve out there. Yes, LIGHTNING bought one of every sleeve available. So once He approves we can seek out ways to cut costs big time by buying substates in volume. A 55 gallon drum will be far less expensive (pet unit) than a gallon. Multiple molds can be created also to speed production. The biggest expense is hand making them. But we are on the road to success.
 
I priced 16 pounds of the 00-20 silicone that I used and it is 220 shipped to my door, while a 55 gallon drum would be ideal, I don't have the space to store that much silicone, I would cost me roughly little more than half right around 3.40 ea to cast, far as molds that is not a issue, I have enough material to make 10 more molds, the cure time 0n the 00.20 is roughly 3 hours, and I have nothing else to do, so time is no issue for me, I want to make that clear, I have plenty of time on my hands, we also have someone that has offered to buy the silicone, so all we really need is lightning approval, I have stretched the ever loving crap out of one of those sleeves

He is on it and we will get the pricing down big time. Give LIGHTNING a couple days as He is very thorough in going through this process.

LIGHTNING is looking into the cheapest way to get the substrate. He is exploring different volumes. It is extremely expensive and buying in bulk will save a lot. LIGHTNING should have something to report soon. In the way they are being made now they are very expensive. We can start selling at that high price right away but I think most would rather a cheaper price.
 
They can cost anywhere from $2 to $40 depending on where you go. But every single sleeve Lightning tested within these parameters failed. He has not found any issues so far with Bandits design. Now the price comes into play and we will gauge this by how much silicone we can afford and how quickly we can make them. We will probably bring in 2 more people to make these through the day as each one takes a good deal of time.
 
Has LIGHTNING been in contact with you? We have a few more ideas that may work out even better.
 
So Dld whats going on with the silicon sleeves, watching the forum it looks like you want to take the mold Bandit put together and mass produce it and sell it as a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] product, if that's the plan how do you intend to go about it?

I will be making a thread today in the main forum with updates and good news. I have some questions I will need to ask to get a better handle on pricing and such but we are on this. Check for my thread later today.
