First of all, let's clear the information you must understand about shockloading. Shockloading, the same as it sounds, it to shock your tisues with heavy
weight, traction, or pressure loads to break various collagen bonds. For a newbie, this is the worst thing you can ever do to you penis. This is how to get a "dead penis" if you don't do it correctly. Shockloading is nothing new for those who already went through the
SRT routines so many times. The word "shockloading" is another name for "dynamic intensity", "increase intensity", or "deviation of loading". This method existed as far back as over 2000 years ago, and we've been using it for quite a while. No one explains this to us until we get a clear images of what's being done. So, what is truly shockloading for a newbie. Under the
SRT routine, you start out doing pre-conditioning your penile tissues. This can range from just basic stretching (light shockloading beyond the normal erectile and flaccid state), to moderate intensity to increase the shockload, and slowly, as your penile tissues are more accustom to the loads, the shockload increases to higher intensities/loads. We measured it in forms of traction force/traction load equal to
weights. For example, if you use a 2.5lbs of
weight to hang on your penis with, that's 2.5lbs of traction force/traction load. In reality, you're using around 2.75lbs of
weight because of your own penis, the blood volume, the tools being attached to your penis, and the
weight itself. In medical journals since 1989, it only takes 1.1kg (roughly 2.2lbs) of traction force to break collagen bonds and cell walls. When you start using heavy
weights like 5lbs and 10lbs to start out as a newbie, you tear so much tissues that you can damage your blood vessels, your nerves, and even permanently damage your penis due to gap scarring.
