Progress thread Shion's PE Journal

I've only used it for a day but...So far the constriction causes maybe a little discomfort after an hour. But I know that the Silistretcher also needs to be adjusted hourly, and it's less tight than a cockring for me.
It isn't the vacuum that's causing the issue so much; if it were the vacuum I'd never be able to use the MityVac, though that's just fine.

It's the sleeves for me. They are near impossible to get on. In general, the gray sleeves are softer and easier to use than the blue ones, but they're both VERY hard to get on.
- I will anxiously try to get erect for a half hour, and then have maybe a 10-second window to try and get the sleeve on before I go soft again, during that time I've used up my entire training hour. I managed to get it on once, and I got a blister because it was pinching me so tightly.
- Then I tried stretching the sleeve a bit by placing it on a dildo bigger than me and waiting a few days, but that doesn't change much; it bites and pinches and hurts, whether my foreskin is rolled back or not. If my erection state changes while wearing it, it's incredibly painful, like it's in a vice.
- If I had enough length and girth as the guy in the video I don't think I'd have a problem but I'm not working with much, hence why I'm training to begin with.

The cable ties I can put on without having to insert myself into something. I simply feed a silicone band through a hole and then put the caribiner for the belt in a different hole and it holds. I can adjust it as necessary for whatever my softness level is at that moment. I can adjust it if it comes loose. And should the cable break at any point, I bought a pack of 20 cable ties for less than 10 bucks.
I'll report how it all goes as necessary. Not sure how much time I'll have for training because I'm trying to get my family out of a dangerous area and it may take my full time until we settle but I want to start this back up as soon as possible.

For the SiliStretcher (SS), you don't need the entire sleeve to be on. What's need is the 0.5in of gripping length for the vacuum cup. You need 1 to 1.5in below the base of the glans for comfort gripping. That's it. Any more than 2in of length, you'll have issues with sliding. Let me know if you need photos for the SS setup. You want that support for tugging to enforce the entire shaft from the base of the glans. You don't need to get an erection to put on the sleeve either. Just enough flaccid length to put on the sleeve.

I wouldn't say no to some reference photos. I think the biggest issue I'm having is that if I'm soft, there's too much pushback for me to get it on even a little bit. And I could do it with some practice but I wouldn't be able to adjust it very easily.

Why are you not using your mityvac?
I used it initially and saw the initial temp gains, but I needed to find a way to heal in an extended state to cement the gains.
Should I still do girth work and use the cockring even if I'm still working on getting a good length routine?

Here you go. Both of these photos where taken directly after a girth session.

Some fluid retention, but not much (what you want).

A lot of fluid retention.

Hope this helps!

We all have a hard time at first putting on the sleeves. Just a tad of practicing.

Fold the sleeves to just cover about 1.5 to 2in below the base of the glans. No need more than 2in as the foreskin will cause it to slide off. Do not put the sleeve on during erection. Only during flaccid state.

Twist the cup on in a single direction rotation. Try while your glans is dry for additional suction, or if the glans is too large squeeze all the blood out of the glans, and rotate the cup onto the glans all the way past the corona. If you need lubrication, use a bit of hydrocortisone, castor oil, or coconut oil as a water barrier. This is where the true practice begins. See how far the seal lid is on the cup? Nearly at the top. You only need 1 full rotation.

That helps a lot! I'll try doing it after a girth session as I'll have a lot more flaccid length to work with. I don't have much otherwise; hence the cable ties.
It looks like you put yours on before the bell? But the video shows the bell and sleeve attached and then rolling onto the penis.

That is correct. I put it on to hold the flaccid state in place. When you don't have a lot of length to play with, I understand. Oh, I understand completely. I did the same thing way back then too when penis sleeves considered as a "rare" product and was very expensive. I had to make my own using rubbers and not silicone.

Try my method first to see if it works of you better. Experience builds wisdom.
