I did this once, not long enough. it tasted horrible.
Goji berries- half a hand full or 15 berries
Cacao powder- 2 tablespoons
Maca powder- 1 tablespoons. don't use too much. may cause stomach problems
Fresh Rosemary.
Cayenne pepper- a couple of shakes
Blend it with milk, juice, or water. i used almond milk.
drink 10 mins before session
