Routine with footlong stretches only?

Im having a hard time sticking to a routine with a lot of exercises in it, so how do you guys think it will work out if I for example did footlongs only, 20-30 minutes a day?

You would gain a shit ton of length:) Footlongs, eventually, will make you a foot long!
 
Turned out it was kinda hard to get time and opportunity to do 20-30 minutes a day. As of right now I can do about 15-20 minutes in the shower about 3-4 times a week. (Yes, I do shower more than 3-4 times a week lol..)

Keeping this up, is it possible to tell how long it'll take to gain an inch? Would it for example be worth the time and how much faster would I gain an inch if I just try to do this 5 times a week instead of 3-4, or perhaps keep doing it 3-4 times a week, only for a longer ammount of time, for example 25-30 minutes? I might add that I really feel like my unit need the rest in between. I almost always feel "exhausted" in my dick the day after stretching. As I also do bodybuilding, I kinda have this mindset where I need to take at least a day of for my body to recover. Not sure if it's the same way with this kind of "training".

Only time and effort will tell. The best way to test a routine is by testing it:) I suggest giving it a 4 week trial and see how you respond.
 
Has anyone a working link to the description of these Footlong Stretches? Or can anyone recall? I searched for it but couldn't find anything.
 
I will try to get a photo up for clarity but directions are good

In a seated position grab your penis by the glans. Stretch downward (toward the floor) If you are stretching with your right hand take your left foot and place the heal of that foot on the top of the hand stretching downward. In this position you can increase the stretch as much or as little as possible. The leg muscles are much stronger than the arm so you will find out quickly how powerful this stretch really is. I hold the stretch for 60 seconds then I switch hands and feet. (Left hand stretches down while right heal aides in the force). Repeat this 5 times on each side. Give it a go. This Footlong Stretch may make your penis a FOOT LONG.
 
Mike What's next after the SRT,once all of the exercises in that routine are depleted and the expected gains really worked ? Another routine can be created? What about doing only the foot long exercise 15 minutes each side for a couple of months can this stretching give gains just by practicing only that exercise?

SRT is difficult to replace as the exercises are very well thought through and as powerful as I was able to create at the time. What I can say is I am devoting much of my thought to expand on expressive work and tapping more deeply into exercise and equipment able to dig even deeper. We have exhausted external work over the past two decades but expressive work is fairly new in concept with only about ten years of study. When I am out of the hotel and back in my studios I plan on developing more expressive exercises and equipment. For now SRT will bring you much growth so stick to it increasing intensity as needed. My further work will be available when I have my studio rebuilt where I can dedicate all of my time to SRT.2. Rest assure, just like I have brought you so much of todays modern techniques, I will bring the next wave. Keep up with SRT and growth will continue. I have made record growth with the program as I hope all will. Be patient as I get through my current situation. With my new studio I will bring all new video and illustration.
 
I didn't start exercising the day I found about PE i wish I had but i didn't,i have been inconsistent too,life, work,time,etc i have tried a good bunch of exercises,but nothing beyond 6 months,i only measured 8"BP erect once but it was a temporary gain, the last time I measured i was 7"BP but was a while ago.
