Keeping this up, is it possible to tell how long it'll take to gain an inch? Would it for example be worth the time and how much faster would I gain an inch if I just try to do this 5 times a week instead of 3-4, or perhaps keep doing it 3-4 times a week, only for a longer ammount of time, for example 25-30 minutes? I might add that I really feel like my unit need the rest in between. I almost always feel "exhausted" in my dick the day after stretching. As I also do bodybuilding, I kinda have this mindset where I need to take at least a day of for my body to recover. Not sure if it's the same way with this kind of "training".
You would gain a shit ton of length Footlongs, eventually, will make you a foot long!
Mike What's next after the SRT,once all of the exercises in that routine are depleted and the expected gains really worked ? Another routine can be created? What about doing only the foot long exercise 15 minutes each side for a couple of months can this stretching give gains just by practicing only that exercise?

That can change with your dedication and my helpI didn't start exercising the day I found about PE i wish I had but i didn't,i have been inconsistent too,life, work,time,etc i have tried a good bunch of exercises,but nothing beyond 6 months,i only measured 8"BP erect once but it was a temporary gain, the last time I measured i was 7"BP but was a while ago.
